This charming house is located just one hour from the Landes beaches. The holiday rental occupies the main facade (the owner's accommodation is at the rear with a separate entrance). Ground floor: - Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer) - Dining area. Living room (TV, DVD player). Wi-Fi. Washing machine. - Shower room, WC. 1 bedroom (1 double bed). First floor: - 2 bedrooms (2 single beds, 1 double bed that can be converted into 2 single beds). - Shower room, WC. Mezzanine (sofa bed, books). Electric heating is available at an extra charge. Enclosed garden, partially covered private terrace, garden furniture, gas griddle. LINEN PROVIDED. Electric vehicle charging is available for an additional fee payable on site.
