Super clean modern home in quiet Springfield neighborhood. Street parking available (SP). No additional pet fees. A large fenced yard. The house is within walking distance of restaurants and breweries.

Unique Historic Charm + Modern Comfort.

Fully equipped for an enjoyable stay. The house was designed to resemble a century-old historic home. Features front and back porches with a built-in L bench for family and friends to gather.

We are just a couple blocks from hip breweries, fun restaurants, great coffee shops, and near downtown as well as major hotspots like San Marco, Riverside, and the Stadium District.

Springfield Historic District is an up-and-coming neighborhood. You may walk or bike among 100-year-old porch houses that have been and are being restored to their formal glory.

We are in one of the quantiest blocks, however just like in any urban setting use caution when out alone at night.

We welcome you to enjoy, relax and make memories in Jax's Historic Springfield!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this adorable house right in the heart of the historic district. The place was super charming and spotlessly clean, and the host really went above and beyond. They left such clear instructions for check-in and check-out, and they were super quick to respond to any questions we had.We especially loved how animal-friendly the place was—it was so nice of them to let us bring our dogs, and the big yard was perfect for them to run around. Plus, the central location made it easy to explore everything the historic district had to offer. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and we can’t recommend it enough!

Jacksonville Visit

Very clean and spacious property. it included everything i needed to weather through the weekend visit with the 2 dogs. the backyard was huge and the dogs enjoyed it immensely. at night, settled into a comfortable couch with the 2 furballs and binge watched Netflix which was provided. i would come again if i returned to Jacksonville!

After 21 years, he reconnected with his Jr. High sweetheart, Elizabeth, and married. Chad's last tour was at Mayport, FL. We fell in love with the Springfield neighborhood charm and purchased this home. We hope you love it just as much as we do.

Finer than Frog Hair split four ways! New house with full amenities. Centrally located. Welcome to Historic Springfield! Voted most active town in Jacksonville. Home to craft breweries, sports bars, and seafood restaurants in the quiet Downtown area and surrounds. Works from the 1960s onward are on display at the Museum of Contemporary Art, while the Museum of Science and History (MOSH) has interactive exhibits. The Southbank Riverwalk offers sweeping views of the city skyline, and the Jacksonville Jaguars NFL team plays at the TIAA Bank Field.
