I live in this house for three years, it is my dream house. Received a dual job offer in South Carolina, and Montana so Arkansas didn't work. Originally from Houston, Financial planner by trade.
Why they chose this property
Its actually in a safe neighborhood 5 minutes from everything. Be careful in Little Rock a lot of BNB/VRBO have popped up in dangerous neighborhoods. Little Rock in the right places can be a safe enjoyable place that will grow on you, in some areas you will hear nightly gun shots. Please do your research before booking.
What makes this property unique
Close to everything, amazing views, great neighbors (almost all young professionals). Also close to all the places "to be" for the traveling professionals who don't want to stay home on Friday night.
