We are from Louisville KY. We frequently vacation to Destin Florida and have always dreamed of owning our own place in Destin/Miramar Beach area. Now our dreams have come true. 100 Steps away from the sandy white beach and crystal clear water. Beach Service included (March-October)Free Wi-Fi No need to go anywhere the whole week if you don't want to. Just enjoy the beach! Several seafood restaurants within walking distance. Free Parking for Guests. Being able to walk/run and bike on Scenic 98 (runs 5 miles parallel with the ocean)

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
