Our home is just a couple miles from lake proctor and located between Comanche and Dublin with easy access to several other towns including Deleon, Brownwood, Stephenville, and more! The house includes a large living room, full-size kitchen with full-size appliances, four bedrooms, a fully fenced front yard, backyard, and pasture and barn for horses if needed. Fully furnished

The gated yard was wonderful for our pets. They enjoyed being able to run around. The house is old, but very clean and the necessities are there. Definitely plenty of space to sleep!
