The house and amenities inside were great and very clean. The location is secluded and close to side by side trails. Had a problem with getting the correct internet access. The house does not have central air conditioning, it does have a floor unit. There were a few very hot days that may be unusual but the air unit was not cooling the house. I would stay there again.

Wonderful place

A group of us went up to sxs for the weekend and this rental was perfect! Clean, lots of space both outside and inside, the host was wonderful and prompt with responses. We would defiantly stay there again

Great place to stay! Quick and easy communication along with a nice house! We loved that it was secluded yet close to town! The house was great with lots to offer inside and out. Lots of wildlife and cool things to see and explore!

Very nice home

Nice home on a beautiful island. This was home great for our weekend getaway. Beds were super comfortable. It was a bit warm the days we were there, and it was nice to have the window air unit to cool the house down just a bit. The views in the morning over the pond was wonderful. My only complaint was that the slider door didn't lock.

The cabin was fully stocked of essentials and was clean and comfortable. Close to businesses that that may have what you forget. The kayaking portrayed is not what we expected due to the terrain one must travel to get on the water. However, we weren't there to kayak. If you are looking for a place to sleep, eat and explore this property fits the bill!

The most disturbing was the front door lock did not work. Cabin was open when we arrived, reached out to host multiple times and it was never fixed. Patio door does not have lock. Every time we were out, the cabin could not be secured. Felt unsafe especially without cell phone service. The driveway requires a vehicle with high undercarriage or you could damage underside.This location is VERY remote. Bears, snakes, nearest real town, Cheboygan is 55 miles away and a ferry ride. Even DeTour city, remote. A Dollar General is the grocery store.The front picture is different/outdated. The couch/sofa on site were worn, the air was musty, the water, (artisan well) was not stated. Water was not drinkable to us, smelled like Sulphur and the whole cabin carried the musty odor. The AC unit did not work. The lighting was poor, no overhead in kitchen, no dishwasher. No ventilation in cabin. No shower or stove exhaust. The carpets really needed cleaning. The back deck was unusable: moldy and overgrown. The Starlink wifi worked in the house and for texting.There were amenities like disposable toothbrush/paste, a couple jugs of drinkable water, and clean linens. Personally, we would not stay here again.

Well it was just a nice perfect hidden jem loved the rock area next to house really neat although the lk was not usable because it was so shallow so that was a let down really injoyed the stay

Gem of Drummond

The location was perfect to access the trailhead. The location is picturesque and secluded. We enjoyed our family time and a slow down of the day to day. 10/10 will rent again!
