Come stay at our recently updated condo at the Ledges.
We've taken into account everything that we would like in a vacation home if we were going to book a rental... Because, WE STAY HERE TOO!
Preference will be given to longer stays during peak season.

-From the Deck you'll enjoy a view of the lake, of the pool and of the beach. Spend an evening on the deck watching a beautiful sunset while watching other vacationers come and go!

BOATERS: Boat slips are available upon request for an additional fee. The State Park is a short drive away and offers very a very nice launch facility as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your trailer. By water, you'll be on the 20.5 Mile Marker which is just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge, and the center-point of everything on the water!
the fine print... By booking this unit, you agree to the following rules and regulations of both Unit B44 and it's owners, as well as the Ledges Condo Owners Association... (ie, this is our rental agreement)
**ABSOLUTLEY NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED IN CONDO. Any violation of the pet or smoking policy will forfeit their deposit and be asked to vacate the premises Immediately! PLEASE RESPECT THIS RULE SO THERE WILL BE NO FINES.**

All rentals are subject to local sales tax and lodging tax. Departure cleaning fee of $165.00.
$100.00 fee (per permit) for non-return of parking permit. Use of parking permit is required Friday-Sunday and during holiday periods only.
No refund for late arrival, early departure, inclement weather.
Quiet hrs. 11:00PM-7:00AM enforced by grounds security.
Condo rules and regulations will be in the condo. Any violations of the rules will result in fines which will be deducted from your deposit.
Starter supplies of paper products and dishwasher detergent are provided. Additional supplies are not included in rental,
Primary renter and all guests or visitors of the primary renter agree to remove the owner(s) of this property (Unit B44) as well as the Ledges Homeowners Association of any liability of injury or accident while inside the unit being rented or anywhere on the premises of the Ledges Condominiums and Ledges Homeowners Association.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled 14-30 days prior to stay will receive 50% refund. Less than 2 weeks refund is dependent on unit being re-booked.
