Ground Level Beautiful Remodeled Condo in Resort Setting In Downtown Scottsdale.

If you like the finer things in life at a reasonable price, then look no further. Close to all of the great amenities of downtown Scottsdale, walk across the street to Fashion Square, Scottsdale's premiere shopping with great restaurants and renowned Camelview movie theater. The Phoenician Resort is your neighbor as are many other world famous golf courses. Close to Spring baseball, gorgeous hikes, ASU, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and the center of Metropolitan Phoenix. The complex has four community pools, outdoor games, on-site maintenance, BBQs and nice laundry room all within 100 ft of this perfectly located ground floor unit. There is a covered parking space and immediate access to back of unit from back patio and open parking, which makes carrying in bags a breeze.

This unit sits back in the complex and is nice and quiet looking out on to Camelback Mountain. The unit has flat screen, smart TVs & Blu-Ray players in both living area and bedroom and wi-fi. Walk-in shower, sofa, recliner, high-end furnishings, good storage, both inside and outside dining, all stainless and premium appliances. There are so many good restaurants around that you don't need to ever cook, but if you do wish to cook or entertain, this unit is all set up for you with quality dishes, cookware and bar ware. Bedding is important, and this condo features a newer Beauty Rest inner spring, pillow top king size Bed, with high thread count sheets and good quality pillows.

We have remodeled and appointed this condo with love for our visiting family and our new guests/friends that will be staying with us. We look forward to welcoming you and thank you for considering staying with us.

We regret that we can not offer discounts during the months of Jan-March, but we are open to multi-month and last minute discounts the other 9 months of the year. Also, please note that the State of Arizona does not charge lodging tax for stays over 30 days so longer stays may save you money.

Owners are a couple, who live relatively close by if you need help.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This was a nice place. As described. It has so many good reviews for a reason. Well stocked. Would’ve liked a 16oz measuring cup instead of the 8oz one, but other than that 11/10. Extra sheets were a nice touch for my extended stay. Mattress was better than the one I have at home. Great location close to the mall. Ground floor unit was a plus as well. Complex’s laundry room could be better. Good rate as well. Would probably stay there again.

This property is exactly as pictures show, if not even better! The area is fantastic for getting around! We walked to everything!The kitchen has everything one needs & there are a lot of spices! Very nice stay, a lovely welcoming basket upon arrival. Covered, designated, convenient parking space was nice. The linens were nice quality and plentiful. We would like the owner to know there is a leaky tube inside the toilet tank that make the toilet run for quite a while when flushed. This was not a problem for us, but they might want to look at it so they don't waste water.
