The air conditioning is silent to offer you the greatest comfort. Warm and friendly atmosphere. We welcome our tenants and you leave independently. The kitchen equipment is complete, you will appreciate the washing machine and dishwasher. Parking is included in the basement. The location was great and thanfulky walkable. The parking was very tight. My husband could not park the vehicle in the stall that was given to us. The vehicle was larger than the parking spot. The host was very accommodating and was willing to pay for our street parking. We ended up not using the vehicle at all. The add specified air conditioning but when we got there the AC was in the living room and not the bedroom. It was terribly hot those days so it was not comfortable in the bedroom.

Sandrine and Didier's apartment in Avignon was wonderful. It met all of our expectations. It was easy to park in their garage, and so wonderful to be able to leave the car and walk all over Avignon. The apartment is inside the walls and the walking was so easy. There is a good Halle market only 8 minutes away, and the walk there is lovely. Many restaurants and boulangeries/patisseries. The apartment itself is very comfortable. We used the air conditioning the first day and it worked perfectly. After that the weather cooled off and we opened the doors--closing them at night when the weather got very cool. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots and pans, many many dishes, a very good dishwasher and clothes washer. There are two different coffee pots and an electric kettle.. a micowave/convection oven as well. The stovetop is electric and worked perfectly. All the utensils you could need. the bed was very comfortable and it is very quiet there. Sandrine met us there our first day to introduce us to the apartment and the garage and that was very very helpful. The pictures were exactly as the apartment looks. Great Stay!!!

Un super emplacement qui permet de visiter sans prendre la voiture. Le parking souterrain est un plus indéniable. Des hôtes attentifs, prévenants et arrangeants. Très chouette séjour. Un grand merci !

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de nos hôtes, l'emplacement de l'appartement et la qualité des équipements. La place de parking est très appréciable aussi pour visiter Avignon à pied.

Très très bon séjour

Un accueil parfait, efficace et aimable dans un bel appartement spacieux, tranquille et pourtant proche de tout, à l'intérieur des remparts. Très bien équipé .... climatisation, parking, ascenseur...Si je dois trouver un petit détail qui pourrait être gênant pour les personnes pas très mobiles, il est délicat d'accéder à la douche qui est dans la baignoire.Merci beaucoup pour ce beau séjour !
