Disappointing

We had to pay extra for sheet hire, we were then told there was no cleaning service, it was not clean when we arrived but we cleaned it to a higher standard when we left, spent 3 hours on the morning of our departure cleaning with poor equipment in the appartment to then be told by the landlady that she was not happy with the standard and would charge for a cleaning service. So disappointing as we worked really hard cleaning and appartment that was not clean when we arrived-dirty ear buds in the bathroom and socks under the sofa. It’s a very small appartment for 8 people with limited cooking equipment and the sofa was broken. We wouldn’t come back here. Fortunately the skiing and the pool were great so we still had a good holiday.

Very sorry to read your commments. The landlady is doing her best. She has been doing it for several years with very good reviews so far. During very high season, this kinds of thing can happen but it's still rare. Sorry about the cleaning you had to do. To let know, an extra cleaning had to done after you left. Since last week, we have fix the sheet problem. It's now well included.

Appartement agréable à 10mn à pied de la station

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Le propriétaire et la personne en charge des remises des clefs / ménage ont été très arrangeants pendant ce séjour .Le seul bémol est l’annonce formatée d’Abritel qui ne prend pas en compte les modifications (linge de maison et ménage non fournis alors que facturés par Abritel: heureusement le propriétaire a été arrangeant !)
