Maison Dans Résidence Avec Accès Piscine & Plage

Enjoy your holidays in the Vendée in a pleasant and quiet residence located in the Quartier de La Grière.
You have a living room with living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and dishwasher, a bedroom, a mezzanine and a courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue and awning.
The residence has a swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September as well as a car park closed by badge. Access 300m walk from the supervised beach and 400m from the shops.
Free shuttle bus in July and August 300m to go to the city centre.
In La Tranche sur mer you will find all activities (sailing, surfing, buoying, paddle etc...) and in the surrounding area Ogliss Parc, Indian Forest. La Rochelle and Ile de Ré are about an hour away by car and Les Sables d'Olonne 45 minutes away.

Oh top ! Pour passer des vacances sans voiture en famille. Seul hic, pour les plus grands, hauteur plafond logement, par endroits 2,10 m.
