Amazing location!

I would highly recommend staying here! The location is amazing and the condo is really clean and comfortable. We were a group of 7 adults, and had plenty of room. The owners went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Lakeside Getaway

Plenty of space, comfortable and well stocked, amazing lakefront and mountain views. Nice amenities heated outdoor pool and hot tub and gym. Walk to town. Easy check in and great communication with owners.

Our first time to Sandpoint and this condo was perfect!! James was so easy to communicate with, very responsive and accommodating. The condo is layed out nicely for families and has everything you need for a fabulous stay. We will be staying here again!

Perfect Location

We stayed with her elderly parents in this beautiful condo overlooking the lake Pend Oreille. They enjoyed the view beyond measure. There is underground parking, beautiful walkways along the water, and it is so close to downtown. Great stay!

A beautiful place

A great location for lake access and downtown access. Be prepared to hear frequent train traffic at all hours. Hosts do provide a noise machine and ear plugs.

Perfect Sandpoint Condo

This a a perfect condo in Sandpoint. Clean, well-stocked, amazing views of the lake, easy walk into town or lakeside walking trail and great on-site amenities (pool, hot tub, fitness center, covered parking, etc.). Host was very communicative and ensured we had everything we needed to have a great stay. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again.

Best place ever!

We did a mom’s snowshoe trip for the weekend and had the best time! The condo was beautiful and James was great with responses. He kept us updated on the weather, and had all of the coffee and snacks we could want :) We will definitely be coming back again!

Incredible Stay

My sisters and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and it was sooo incredible! James, the host, was so helpful and was available if we ever needed anything. The house was just perfect with such amazing views of the lake and felt cozy sitting by the fire. It was also a short walk into town where there were such cute shops and restaurants. We had everything we possibly needed and we can’t wait to come back here again next year! Highly highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful stay on the lake.

Very Well Managed and Wonderful Unit

Great property with excellent views and amenities. We love this property and stay here every year. The property manager was very helpful and responsive which was greatly appreciated. The fridge suddenly died one evening and he came right over with bags of ice and coolers to save the food and delivered a new fridge the next morning. We really appreciated being able to reach him quickly and easily and his timely and helpful response. He even took the time to show us another unit in the newest building next door. Thanks again James, see you next year!

Perfection!

We were in Sandpoint for a cycling event and spent 3 nights. Our stay was nothing less than PERFECT! The home was so comfortable, spectacular views out all windows, wonderful amenities, and ideal location. And just as important, the communication and detail privided by the owner were so timely and helpful and proactive. We will be stauing there again! Everything was sooooo east and wonderful!

Family vacation

Family of 5 from Alberta, Canada. Condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed and more. View from balcony was stunning. My boys used the pool which was nice. We utilized the towny bikes! We rented a boat slip for the week. Marina was great. Walking distance to downtown Sandpoint. James was fantastic! Great communication and very helpful & accommodating. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends/family. Will be visiting Sandpoint every summer 😊

Sister Time

We had a family wedding in Missoula, MT. Then my sister and her husband who are from Denver (who had driven up for the wedding) met us at Sandpoint for 3 nights. We are from Seattle and had not hooked up since a cruise in 2019 to Alaska. It was so relaxing and tranquil. My Sis and I played many games of Scrabble on the fabulous balcony and just zoned out on the spectacular view before us. We hope to do a repeat.

Boating

The property was very nice. We did not use any of the BBQ, pool , gym as we were at the lake for boating. Place is kept very clean and the view is 5star. Only thing is the boat slips. I had a 28’6” boat and the slips are advertised for 30’ boats. But I was asked not to park there due to how much my Boat extended out of the slip that was given to us to use. Several more slips empty that would have worked but the management would not budge on letting us move to the other slips. For that reason I will not use this place again. Would have been so easy to have let us move the boat to one of the other un used open slips.

Love to play as much as possible and work when we have to, which is most of the time of course! Especially now raising two little toddlers we are go go go! Luckily we live in nature's playground so there is always something to do to keep everyone busy. We are big into snow sports, fly fishing, mountain biking, yoga, and all things kidcentric.
