In 2023 the Ocean View villa has been completely renovated and equipped for your comfort. It is located in a peaceful and natural location without vis-à-vis, 5 minutes by car from the town of Le Moule and its many shops.
Built largely in red wood, it fits perfectly into this unique place: the calm of the countryside and a breathtaking view of the ocean where you will be refreshed by the trade winds and lulled by the sound of the waves.
From the large terrace facing east, enjoy the sunrise by the saltwater swimming pool. In front of you the garden and the forest of the coast. Below the surfers and off the coast the island of La Désirade.
The bar is ideally located to enjoy the local Ti Punch included in your welcome basket.
On the west side, the small terrace sheltered from the sea air welcomes you in the middle of tropical plants and flowers. You will come across Hummingbirds and Sugar Bowls (the more sugar you give them, the more they will come).
Inside, 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms including a master suite with en-suite bathroom, office and direct access to the large terrace. All beds are equipped with mosquito nets.

In the immediate vicinity you can take the coastal path for a walk by the sea and access the beach of Montal, the sports course of the Parc Ouatibi then the beach of the Autre Bord and the pretty town of Le Moule. Its church and its square are coveted at the end of the afternoon by the local population to chat and enjoy a coconut sorbet or play basketball. In the morning near the small fishing port you can buy fish just out of the water such as sea bream, bluefin tuna or wahoo.
Nearby there are many activities on offer: surfing, windsurfing, beaches, beach restaurants, tennis courts, swimming pool with slide, petanque and beach volleyball court, canoe trip on the mangroves, walk to the Porte d'Enfer (accessible on foot from the villa).
The town of Le Moule is very popular with its inhabitants. The "country" fruit and vegetable market, the long walk along the sea are an opportunity to get together with the family and taste the local specialities.
