VILLA KERDUCH
Large, bright and spacious house, completely renovated, which has all the necessary comforts for an unforgettable holiday.

The house faces a beautiful landscaped garden. The terrace, facing south, is equipped with a large table for all to have lunch together, a WEBER barbecue, and sunbeds.

On the ground floor, the house is composed of an entrance hall which distributes:
- a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, American fridge, 5-burner Lacanche cooking range and 2 ovens, plancha, Thermomix, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Italian coffee maker
- A dining room with a large table
- A winter lounge with fireplace and TV area
- A summer lounge with a view of the garden with a billiards table
- A work desk with a small glimpse of the beach and semaphore
- A toilet and a laundry room (washing machine and dryer available)

The rooms are composed as follows:
On the 1st floor:
- Master suite with a double bed and two sofa beds. An en-suite bathroom with a double Italian shower and separate toilet.
- Two double bedrooms
- A bathroom on the landing with bath and toilet
On the 2nd floor:
- A sea view room with a double bed and a sofa bed for one person
- A dormitory room with a double bed and three single beds. An extra mattress available
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet
+ A sofa bed on the ground floor in the extension
Beds are made on arrival, linen is included, you don't have to plan anything!

- A travel cot, two high chairs and a baby bath
- Lots of board games for all ages
- Beach games, Molky, shuffleboard and petanque balls
- High-speed internet with Starlink

Passenger access:
Private parking within the property for 5 vehicles.
Everything can be done on foot, beach and shops.
For electric cars: charging stations in the Place d'Armes car park 100m from the house.
