A renovated former barn converted into two adjoining gîtes, located in the heart of a family farm (dairy cows, free-range poultry), 100 meters from the Nantes-Brest Canal, 20 km from Nantes and 34 km from Ancenis.
A 100 m² south-facing terrace and enclosed garden, and access to a shared 5000 m² orchard (a swing set and pétanque court will be installed in spring 2024).
Ground floor: living/dining room with separate open-plan kitchen, one bedroom (queen-size bed) with ensuite shower room and separate WC.
Upstairs: two attic bedrooms (one with two single beds, one with a double bed) and a shower room/WC.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, cot (on request), hairdryer.
Included: electricity, pellet heating, and bed linen (beds made upon arrival). Not included: towels (€7/person) and tourist tax. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory for business clients (€70).
