Our Guesthouse is just the right place for privacy and convenience. Located in a country-like neighborhood, only minutes away to our award-winning Pinellas County beaches. Whether your day is planned visiting Clearwater Beach, the thriving downtown St. Pete restaurants and nightlife or just planning to relax, this home will make you feel at home. A full kitchen with all the essentials and a beautiful private patio. Only 30 minutes away from Tampa International Airport.

Cozy place

This unit has everything you need for your stay. It’s clean and well kept with all of the bases covered for your visit. The location is great with a park across the street and restaurants very close by. Bed was amazing, kitchen was well stocked and the fridge had cold water in it when we arrived.We will be back for sure

Fabulous abode

The property was perfect for our extended stay in Florida. Mario is a fantastic host, very responsive to inquiries and above and beyond helpful. The location was outstanding with us being close to beaches, restaurants and our friends staying in the area. I can’t say enough good things about our experience here.

The place was exactly as pictured, in fact, it was even better in person. It had everything we needed for our stay and was conveniently located to lots of Beautiful Beaches! Great Getaway!

Property was amazing! Beds super comfortable. Everything you’ll need for a great stay and time at the beach. The property provided beach, chairs, towels, and even a speaker! Great little back patio for morning, coffee or afternoon wine. Super close to the beach and a great walking trail. We met the owner, extremely nice and attentive. We will definitely stay again.

This place was better than described. It’s clean and prepared with everything we needed. It’s located next to a park and the Pinellas bike trail. There’s a private patio that we enjoyed immensely. Mario was quick to respond to my inquiries. Thank you for the great place to stay.

Beautiful! Affordable and Adorable!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The process was simple from start to finish, the communication was great, and the place was clean and orderly. Had everything we need for the three nights that we stay. There’s a beautiful park across the street and the area is safe. I highly recommend it.

Private and comfortable

I couldn't be happier with our choice of this property. Close enough to the beach, but the location was quiet and private. It's close to the walking/biking trail and a lovely park (just across the road). It's also very close to shopping/restaurants and easy access to everything in the area. My favorite thing was the fenced in patio. The owner thinks of everything anyone might need and was attentive and very kind. We'll stay again!

Sisters vacation

The place is adorable. We played pac man. Loser pays for dinner and chooses where to go. Went to beach and exploring. The park across the street is for everyone. Would definitely like to come back.
