In the heart of Normandy, come and discover with family or friends all major tourist sites of this magnificent historic region (Mont Saint Michel, Colleville sur mer, Bayeux, Caen, Arromanches, Cherbourg, Balleroy...)

Our 18th century French Manor is located in the heart of the theater of the Battle of Normandy in the summer of 1944.

Our home is an ideal starting point to discover the most beautiful tourist sites in Normandy : 30 minutes from Omaha beach and the D-Day museums of Colleville-sur-Mer and Arromanches, near the pretty historic center of Bayeux (15 mins) and its famous tapestry, near the Caen famous Peace Memorial (30 mins), near the Cité de la Mer of Cherbourg (Titanic) and near the most visited French monument Mont-Saint-Michel (1h15).

We adored this property! It was so beautiful and tranquil. It was so easy to travel to the D-sites and very close to Bayeux, our nearest gorgeous town. It was also very easy to get taxis. Even the drivers are really friendly. It was a very relaxing house. Fully recommend it!!

This is a beautiful house with stunning grounds. The photos do not do it justice. It is very well resourced and the spacious roomsare furnished in the style of the property. The swimming pool was a big hit with our grandchildren as was the games room.

Fantastic French house for friends & families

We couldn’t have chosen a better holiday house for our group of 4 families. Each family had their own “floor”. The house is stylish and comfortable, there is a brilliant kids room set up with ping pong and other games, and we all loved the garden and pool. The hosts were helpful and welcoming before and during our stay. The location is great, lots to see and beaches to visit within 30mins. We would all recommend the house, and we would happily rebook.

Easy check in with housekeeper. Lovely Manor House with ample space. Bbq and firepit for evenings. Quiet countryside location. Lots of activities for kids. Great swimming pool. Slight let down with oven (poor seal) when catering for 15. Washing machine died but was replaced with new in 2 days so not a problem. Would recommend this for a family holiday.

Fijn verlof in rustgevende omgeving

De foto's van het verblijf zijn realiteit en de rustige omgeving is zalig. De gastheren waren bereikbaar en informeerden geregeld of alles ok was. Wij waren met 8 personen, iedereen had zijn eigen stekje, troef is het verwarmd zwembad, dat zonder probleem enkele graden hoger werd gezet.r wedd gezet.

Le Manoir du calme dans la nature

Le Manoir est bien situé en plain dans la nature (champs et bois) mais pas trop éloigné pour le courses (13 min et on trouve 3 supermarchés et des commerçants locaux) ou des visites touristique (Bayeux (15 min), Côtes Normandes (30 min) Jardins biens entretenus et le matin et où les soir on voit des chevreuils, des lièvres sur le domaine. On retrouve même des blaireaux dans le bois à coté. Une belle piscine chauffée et beaucoup de possibilités pour s'amuser dans le jardin (ou sur le grenier de la grange). Parfaites vacances pour l'amateur de vieilles demeures dans un environnement rural. L'authenticité vous frappera.

L’espace est un luxe. Ici, il y a de l’espace pour chaque génération, pour chacun, pour chaque couple, pour chaque personne. Mais aussi la possibilité de se retrouver tous ensemble autour de la piscine ou encore autour de la plancha ou du baby-foot.
