Arrives sur place avec un bébé de 9 mois lHôte nous annonce qu'il n'a pas eu de confirmation d'ABRITEL et a réservé à d'autres personnes et... Abritel nous rembourse en disant que l'hôte avait eu les informations de réservation.. en attendant nous nous sommes retrouvés à la rue avec un bébé de 9 mois à -2 degrés dans la voiture.

Bonjour, Nous comprenons que cette situation ait été stressante, d’autant plus avec un bébé, et nous le regrettons sincèrement. Cependant, il est important de rétablir les faits. Nous n’avons jamais reçu de confirmation de réservation de la part d’Abritel pour votre séjour. Sans confirmation officielle, le logement a été légitimement attribué à d’autres voyageurs. Le fait qu’Abritel vous ait ensuite remboursés confirme qu’il y a eu un dysfonctionnement de leur côté, et non une erreur volontaire ou une négligence de l’hôte. Malgré cela — et alors que nous n’étions en rien responsables de la situation — j’ai passé près d’une heure à essayer de vous aider et de trouver une solution, uniquement par humanité et bonne volonté. Attribuer une étoile dans ce contexte est donc particulièrement injuste. Ironiquement, j’aurais effectivement mieux fait de ne rien faire du tout, puisque l’aide apportée n’a manifestement pas été prise en compte. Nous vous invitons à vous retourner directement vers Abritel pour toute réclamation concernant la gestion de votre réservation. Cordialement, Sébastien
