2-room apartment (60m²) in the Villa Fernsicht with a fantastic sea view. Direct location in the old town of Sassnitz, above the pier.

The apartment has a closed balcony on the east side with a view of the old town and the Baltic Sea. There is an open balcony on the west side with a view of the pier and the Prorer Wiek.

The apartment also includes a living room with a wall bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage, nette Vermieter

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der viele Dinge aus der Geschichte des Hauses (Bj. 1889) erzählen kann. Die Wohnung ist sauber und funktional augestattet, Highlight ist die Veranda zur Seeseite, von der auch bei kaltem Wetter die Aussicht auf die Ostsee genossen werden kann. Die Lage ist top, schöne Aussicht, nah zur Altstadt und vor allem für uns wichtig: ruhig! Nachts hört man leise die Wellen und sonst nichts! Keine Autos, keine heimgehenden Kneipenbesucher, nur Meeresrauschen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf die Ostsee

Die Ferienwohnung ist exakt so, wie sie beschrieben wurde. Die Ausstattungen ist gut. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Balkon mit Blick über die Ostsee läd nicht nur zum Frühstücken ein. Ein kleines Manko, die Dusche. Es fehlt an Wasserdruck.😊 Der Ortskern ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein beschrankter und reservierter Parkplatz ist ganz in Nähe. Wie würden dort wieder Urlaubenden 🙂

Sehr schöner unvergesslicher Aufenthalt !

Sehr schöne gepflegte,geräumige Wohnung.Alles vorhanden was man braucht.Auch der schön angelegte Garten hat uns begeistert.Traumhafter Blick über die Altstadt auf die Ostsee. Der Brötchenservice hat jeden Tag Reibungslos geklappt. Sehr nette zuvorkommende,freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Sehr zu empfehlen! Hier machen wir mit Sicherheit wieder mal einen schönen Urlaub!
