In an old Charente farmhouse located in a hamlet, the Clos des Séguineries offers 6 charming cottages with heated swimming pool from June to September on a hectare of fully enclosed land.

Located 20 minutes from Saintes, 30 minutes from Royan and 40 minutes from Cognac; Between history, archaeology, museums, castles, amusement parks, ocean, rivers, estuary, etc., you will spend a rich and varied holiday by mixing rest, fun activities and cultural visits.

The METAL is a 65 m² gîte, ideal for a couple with 2 children. (Gîte with reversible air conditioning).
What makes it so charming? A very bright living room, a small flower garden of about 100 m² with terrace, very cocooning (garden furniture, deckchair, and parasol); and for comfort 2 toilets.

The 2 bedrooms are upstairs: the first, on the mezzanine, is equipped with a 150 cm wide bed and the other with 90 cm wide bunk beds.
The shower room (Italian shower - sink - WC) is also upstairs.
On the first floor, 1 toilet, 1 fitted kitchen - dining room opening onto the living room with two sofas and the TV area.

The swimming pool heated from June to September and the large green area (1 hectare) are to be shared with holidaymakers from the other cottages of the Clos des Séguineries.

Our cottages are completely independent of each other and can accommodate from 4 to 6 people.

Linen for the beds is provided.
A flat rate of 105 kWh per week of electricity is included.
The cleaning package is optional (contact us).
