Private Waterfall Oasis on Trout Stream with firepit

Here is your chance to enjoy your own private waterfall, nestled on a protected Class A trout stream with numerous swim holes. This private 14-acre property is a "one of a kind " located just 2 hrs from NYC, close to hiking areas & Woodstock - 25 mins away. This newly renovated property has a gorgeous living room with wood stove & views of the falls. A massive lawn w/ volleyball net, outdoor dining & firepit make this the perfect escape. Take it easy at this extremely unique & tranquil getaway.
Please note: Two bedrooms & one bathroom are located on the main floor. The third bedroom & bathroom have a separate entrance (the main house can only be accesssed externally - there is no internal staircase) and are on the lower level, there are windows but they are smaller, so it's not as light as upstairs, also the finishes are not as good as the rest of the house. It's great for when people come to visit. The photos are included.
