You will feel right at home in this spacious vacation rental on Lake Hamilton. With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and over 2,000 square feet, this cottage-style home is perfect for large families, a girls/guys weekend, or a few couples looking to enjoy the lake life.

All bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs in addition to a den, a large sitting area overlooking the hot tub and the lake. You will find an additional den downstairs along with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room that will comfortably seat 8. The large screened in porch is also located downstairs and will bring you a beautiful view of the lake while you cozy up on the outdoor sofa.

•Master suite: One queen bed, attached bathroom with shower.
•Family bedroom: 2 king beds with large walk-in closet, dedicated office space.
•Third bedroom attached to family bedroom: 1 Full size bed, exterior access.
•Sleeper sofa located downstairs: Queen size
•2 bathrooms with showers located upstairs

With access to 2 boat ramps within .5 miles, you can bring your boat/sea-doos and enjoy skiing, tubing, and fishing. At the end of the day, return home to the private boat slip and enjoy the hot tub, or the large screened in porch, both with a beautiful lake view!

Winter note:
The lake levels drop by 5 feet on November 1st and rise again in March. The boat slip is inaccessible during this time. The hot tub will be available year round.

Additional Note: For the safety of our guests and to offer assistance during checkin, there is a Ring security camera located at the main entry that faces the driveway.

Great place, great service, good location!
It is tucked back right on the lake but less than 10 minutes from food, Walmart, entertainment and everything else. The stairs and doc, hot tub, grill and screened in back porch were amazing. It was a great place!

Family vacation
The house was great for my family of 5! The kids stayed in the big room and had plenty of space. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was wonderful. The dock could use some work but otherwise it was a perfect stay. I appreciated the communication with the owner after a thunderstorm came through. I recommend staying at this house. Close to everything but not in the touristy part of town.

Accurate listing. Property was clean and converted to Hot Springs. Boat dock is in need or repair. It has plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen.

Perfumed cleaning products
This was a great property. Beautiful river view, plenty of room. Hot tub could have been a little cleaner, but we had fun. The only two complaints we have are the exceptionally perfumed laundry detergent that was in all the bedding and towels. Very offensive and smelled like chemicals. We actually bought fragrance free laundry detergent and washed all the bedding!! Still smelled! So if this is really offensive to you, this is not your place. Other thing was the cheap no stick pots and pans that had been really scratched and all the coating was peeling off. Made cooking there for us a no no. Hope the owner reads this and makes some changes, because it really is a nice property.

We had a great time at Mary’s property! It was a wonderful lakefront house with many amenities, such as a hot tub. Plenty of space for hanging out and playing games! Everything was very clean and professional!

Great Labor Day stay
Great Lake house for hanging out with family over the long weekend. Grocery store is super close and kitchen had everything a family needs to make meals😀 the stairs between the upper and lower levels are a bit steep but the rest of the house is updated nicely and the lake views and hot tub were amazing.

Our experience at Hotsprings
Our experience at Hotsprings was greatly enhanced by our stay at this property. The property was exactly as described. The view and access to the lake was great. The hot tub was awesome because it was the first time some of our family members have ever used one. All the amenities added to the experience. We were able to cook our meals which saved us the cost of eating out. We even grilled one night on the provided grill. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms and beach towels as well. Having a washer, dryer, and dish washer made things so much easier. The home was beautiful and well maintained. We hope to one day to return to Hotsprings and rent this property again. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who ask.

We have worked very hard for many years to be able to purchase this home and we get so much pleasure from being able to share this experience with others. We have been coming to this part of Lake Hamilton for 20 years now and so thankful to have the opportunity to have a place of our own now.

Why they chose this property

For us, family comes first. When we saw the spaces in house and realized the whole family could join us comfortably here we were sold. We especially love the screened in porch, hot tub, and sitting areas overlooking the lake. I also love how the wooded areas surrounding the property provide a secluded feeling.
