River Front Hideaway in the Southern Oregon Cascade Mountains

This is a custom built home sitting on 5 acres along the South Umpqua River in the peaceful, wooded, Cascade Mountains. This is a great location for swimming, nearby hunting and fishing, hiking and sightseeing.

The house has an open floor plan and covered porches, both front and rear, with a patio off of the rear porch.

This property is perfect for small family reunions and get togethers. It is also a great central location for many day trips. Nearby attractions include, South Umpqua Falls, many hiking trails and several secluded, pristine high lakes, accessible only by foot or horseback. Day trips can include Crater Lake National Park, Diamond Lake Resort, Rogue River, Lost Creek Lake, Seven Feathers Casino, to name a few.
This location has no cell service or internet .. We do have a landline that can call the USA.

This was our 5th year returning to the property, renting both houses for the entire family. Love the sunshine, river floating, and enjoying the peaceful setting! The manicured grounds, paved pathways along the river and accessible features are a huge plus. The house is very clean, well stocked, and friendly hosts! We can’t wait for next year!!

Hidden Paradise!

This large, relaxing house pairs great with it's large yard right along a beautiful river. There was a lot of space for our large group to stretch out and plenty of places to sleep. The kitchen is well stocked, with pots and pans, for cooking and baking. The views are beautiful and the property is so peaceful, it was exactly what we all needed to recharge, away from our busy lives. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

Clean, well stocked home. Private country location overlooking River. Great for relaxing with friends and family. Everyone had fun swimming and floating the river, playing yard games and enjoying nature. Can’t wait to come back next year!

I ABSOLUTELY loved this home. You can hear the river and birds chirp and the scenery is amazing. I will definitely be returning yearly. Carrie is kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this amazing place and home!

Tranquility

Had a restful vacation with my husbands and our best friends. One of our favorite things about our stay is that with no cell service and no internet, we felt we truly got to disconnect and recharge.
