The cabin was very cozy. We really appreciated the privacy, quietness and nice white linens. The kitchen had helpful utensils, and the children loved the smores and popcorn.
Wow. We had a great time. The Terralodge cabin easily accommodated 10 of us. The beds were very comfortable and the public rooms gave us plenty of space to hang out without feeling squished. Christy was super helpful—she was quick to answer a call when we needed her. We were there for Sewanee Fall Party Weekend—pretty good access to the Mountain. We would definitely stay again!
This is a lovely location, very private and well stocked kitchen, bath and beds were comfortable. Loved the outdoor fire pit, and the S'moresThe only downside was the lack of any sound barrier for the folks sleeping dowstairs. It was very loud for them to hear walking, chairs moving, etc.
The lay out worked great for two different families. One on each floor with their own bathroom with tub. We loved everything about the cabin and the grounds were beautiful. Everything in kitchen was provided that we could possibly need, just wish items were listed
Large, clean, spacious cabin with all the amenities. The best part? Checkout is easy. No, seriously. You just take your trash out and that's it. No sheets, no resurfacing tile, mucking out the flower beds....Kidding. But you should rent this place. It really was everything they described! I have included a photo, from the perspective of the hammock out front. Enjoy!
The cabin is situated in a lovely wooded, secluded area. There is plenty of room for 2-3 families to spread out and have space of their own. Outdoor deck areas are a wonderful place to enjoy the surrounding scenery. Inside has all the comforts of home. The cabin is a wonderful place to use as a base camp for exploring all the nearby outdoor activities. Highly recommended!

Lots of potential but could be better
The four of us felt that this was about a 3.5 star property. The listing needs to be updated as the hot tub shown has been replaced with a fiberglass model and about half the jets in it do not work. Also, it is noted a secluded but they are building dome type buildings on both sides of it. One of them was close enough that an extension cord was run from this property to that one. This property is noted as recently having a complete makeover. We feel this is an overstatement. There is plenty of work left to be done to make it feel truly updated and "special". There were a number of maintenance issues that we communicated to the owner upon departure. There are no dressers in the house, so you have to live out of your suitcase or put your clothes on an unused bed. Other than the porch light, the entry area was dark when we arrived because the outside lighting timer was not set to the correct time, even accounting for the recent time change. The directions should note that the road onto the property is now paved. If there were no maintenance issues, it would have been a 4 star property. The beds are very comfortable. The checkout procedure of simply washing the dishes was much appreciated. The location was nice and quiet.
We loved our stay at The Cabin. It's beautifully set in the woods with all the cozy feelings. We loved the hot tub and that each of the 3 couples had a king bedroom. We will definitely be back one of the many awesome cabins there!
Overall my stay here was beautiful! The entire house was gorgeous and cozy it has a lot of bedrooms with enough space in each of them. The hot tub was one of my favorite parts of the entire house. A couple pointers there was construction on the property (Not very loud), The hot tub is on the main level outside not on the deck upstairs.
The cabin was so lovely. It was well stocked with everything we needed and so comfortable. The views, the fire pits, the hot tub, just a great setting in the woods. The beds were so comfortable and the night so quiet. Highly recommend!!
