Nicely furnished and equiped in a good upscale neighbor hood. Host was very communicative. Very quiet neighbor hood with good morning walking options, great view from the top end of the Rim Rd. Great backyard, enjoyed having a drink out back nightly in the cool air. Close to lots of good restaurants. Main bedroom and bathroom quite large and modern.

It’s the little things!

We enjoyed staying here so much. The host went the extra mile on all the little things, from bingo scavenger hunts and welcome goodie bags to simple things like pens in the drawer and laundry detergent. The house literally had everything we needed. It was so clean and cozy and just as beautiful as the pictures. Bonus: The kids loved the garage which was set up for games and getting their energy out when it’s too cold or dark outside to play in the backyard.

Great Location and Property

Kim & Marlin were so accommodating in our stay up in lakeside. They took time out of their day to make sure we were well taken care of. The location of the property was perfect for us and our kiddos. Every day we could walk to national forest and enjoy hiking around in nature. 5 stars for these hosts and their property! One day we even accidentally locked ourselves out of the house and they were able to ensure we were taken care of instantly. Highly recommend renting with Kim and Marlin and our family will be back next year!

Great Memorial Weekend stay at Luminary Way in Lakeside, AZ

My wife, son, and I very much enjoyed our 3 day weekend in Lakeside. Kim was excellent in communication and providing us some fun things do over the weekend. We attended a hot rod and hog show due to her sharing the info with us and we enjoy being out in the wonderful weather. As for teh property, it was excellent. Everything we used was in working order, the kitchen was well stocked, house we clean and tidy when we arrived. WiFi worked fine for streaming movies and glad it was available. Backyard was beautiful and welcoming. We would definitely consider coming back to stay again. In fact, we are considering a winter trip to have some fun in the snow so we will look to see if this house is available again. Kim even offered to let us check in early if we could which was very much appreciated. Thanks Kim!

Kim is a very responsive and pleasant hostess. Wine and snacks were left as welcome gifts. Recommendations for restaurants and attractions were provided. The house is centrally located in Lakeside, close to grocery stores (Walmart, Safeway) and attractions. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the lovely and spacious home has a large shady covered patio. Worthy of note: copper dining table seats 6 easily, deep copper kitchen sink, walk-in master shower with stone floor, comfortable living room seating. Watch birds and listen to the calming windchimes in the backyard trees. The house is well-stocked for all your daily needs, no need to bring anything with you from home. We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO, visiting the MANY beautiful natural areas in the White Mountains.
