We came to Tennessee as a random family vacation spot, and the cabin was perfect. Up in the mountains, gorgeous view. It was the perfect way to wake up every morning. Coffee on the porch, and hot tub relaxing at night. We would totally stay again!

The cabin had plenty of space. The wifi wasnt strong. And we wasnt ablw to watch TV

The cabin is very nice and spacious. It great for a family vacation. However, the cleaning staff can do better. Better Wifi so the we family canbhave movie night. We couldnt have movie night due to poor Wifi. I will love to come back. The hot tub and pool table , play ground was awesome.

Property advertisement was very deceiving. Pictures online were not what you experience. Furniture was dirty and some broken. House overall was not clean or spacious for the advertised amount of people alloted. Would not recommend to anyone!!

Cabin was nice owner not so nice

When we got to the cabin, I called the owner to get the code for the door. The doors was unlocked when we arrived when we went inside turned on lights we had no electric yes, there was a storm, and the power did go out, but we was without power for seven hours, when I called the owner back, she said that she had reported it no she did not. We reported it at around 10:00 pm and they said that nobody had reported an outage so when we reported it they was up there within 20 minutes and had the electric back on by 11:00 pm. When I called the owner she told us to go do some shopping!!

Disappointed

Honestly, I was disappointed with our stay. We have rented properties for vacations all over US, and they meet what the listing says, but the listing has pictures that are older and things have not been kept up since then. The property owner is out of town, and I'm under the impression that she's relying on her cleaning staff to relay things to her about upkeep. Good Things: -Lots of rooms with three levels for a group. -Pool table -Owner responded quickly -Cable -Nice wood blinds to block light out -Washer/dryer -Not far from local activities -Grill -Kitchen is well stocked -Some of the decor cute -Toys and games for kids -Wall a/c units on 3rd fl. helped -Lots of pillows Bad Things: -Floors were very dirty and dusty ( had black feet walking around in a short period of time). We paid large cleaning fee. -Shower door tracks had hair on them and were very dirty. -We had to rewash all bedding as there were blood stains. -When I mentioned to the owner the issues with the property, she said she had someone coming to the property in September. Why this wasn't done before we paid for our stay? Not too happy with the excuse. Reviews in guest book said similar things -We had to wait on cleaning ladies to finish cleaning for 45 min. after the check-in time. -No dishwasher -Third-floor rooms are always humid and smelled musty. -Third-floor furniture was very dirty with multiple repair jobs with zip ties and sewing to maintain rather than be replaced. -Seating in the kitchen only for 6 people. -The bed in the basement and main levels are extremely hard. -No cushions for modern seating out the back of the house. -Hot Tub is unusable. (I own one at home). The chemicals were way off and the water smelled sour when I opened it. Temp. was turned down to 91 degrees upon arrival, I assume to conserve energy. -Not enough sets of towels for 9 people for even one shower. I had to request more but did get them when requested. -Musty smoke smell in the basement bathroom. -Xbox games missing, HMDI cable damaged. -Slow internet speed -Reception for the TV basement was so poor and pixilated. -Cost of property rental didn't match what the property was. ( We stayed here in late July/August 2022, 7 nights. We feel the price was much too high for what the property was when we got there. -Some houses in the neighborhood looked as if they should be condemned. Houses in view of the property were well kept though.

Nice, Long Weekend Trip

Overall trip was a success. Communication with property owner was easy and check in was smooth. It was a little hard to find the property late at night when we arrived but that was more due to google maps being a tad vague and us ending up in another person's driveway then having to back out in the pitch dark. The house was true to the pictures so no surprises there. The kids liked the games (my 4 year old asked me to buy him this phonics puzzle she had at the house for Christmas) and pool table. Hot tub was nice, would be helpful to have had a net to scoop out a few random bugs that got into it. There was a nest of I think wasps under the same wooden porch as the hot tub so we had to be very cautious of them so as not to get stung. The internet was spotty so we couldn't stream any shows for the kids but that is understandable due to the area. The king size bed in the bottom level was uncomfortable but I was ready for that due to reading about it in previous reviews. There were a few minor issues with cleanliness around the house like hair on the shower walls in two bathrooms, dirty dishes/pans but nothing major. The house smelled good and my overall experience was pleasant. I would definitely book the house again in the future.

The location of the house was sketchy. The playground was in the side of mountain and very dangerous. The so called pizza oven was tiny. The bed upstairs was lumpy. The hot tub never got hot. Very disappointed.

Internet basically unusable. Really slow. So it's DirectTV or nothing to watch. Controllers for the Wii and XBox were dead and no cords to charge them. Area (Neighbors) little trashy around home. Back of home. Downstairs Bedroom King Bed Materess you can feel the springs (No Bueno on relaxing sleep on Vacation) Needs a Dishwasher! Road leading to Chalet very bumpy (don't have a small car will drag in pot holes) Now the good! Cozy Spot plenty of room for me my wife and 5 daughters. Location to Pigeon Forge Sevierville and Gatlinburg great! Hot Tub functional and nice to relax in. Plenty of Towels. Washer and Dryer worked perfect.

Great spot for Pigeon Forge! Also close to Dollywood. About 40 minutes from Cades Cove.

My family stayed here the first part of Thanksgiving week. It was clean and as described. Alena was very helpful and responded to messages very quickly. We spent more time exploring than we did at the cabin but it was just what we were needing. A nice , clean place to sleep and had enough room to have a small thanksgiving dinner!

GREAT location

9/10. Loved the layout, pizza oven, hot tub, pool table, all the board games, and it had all of the cooking utensils you will ever need! The only reason I didn't give it a 10 out 10 was the bed on the main level and downstairs were VERY hard and uncomfortable. Other than that it was GREAT!!! Would diffently recommend just put the kids in those 😆

Accessed without any steep mountain roads, this lovely 4 bedroom 2.5 bath chalet is conveniently located just off the parkway between Pigeon Forge and Sevierville .We have great location less then 5 min drive to everything. 10 min Drive from Dollywood , Park way attractions. We create this place that the families spend more time together. The Chalet will fit 10 people comfortable. and the round drive way can fit more than 4 cars. Chalet has everything for the people to stay long period, full kitchen, blankets, towels. Very close to grocery 5 min drive to Food Lion, Gas station.
