Exceeded expectations

I've traveled to Colombia monthly for a couple years, and this was my first time staying in a VRBO in Colombia, and it exceeded expectations for the price, security, and location. Awesome studio setup and all appliances were upgraded and the bed was comfortable. Will stay here again in the near future.

Perfect for our stay

We were visiting friends who moved to Lareles, Medellin, Columbia. Our stay for 10 days was very enjoyable in the flat. It had everything we needed plus a bonus rooftop deck with a fantastic view and hot tub we could reserve to use privately. Oscar, one of the day managers, was a joy to work with. Very, helpful, accomodating and a great assistant host. Would highly recommend checking this place out!

The aesthetic of the building and condo is really hip and industrial. The unit is more of a studio/dorm size, but it is comfortable for singles or a couple. The check in was smooth (although the entry to the condo part of the building isn't labeled).The person that check us in was really helpful (I didn't catch her name). She went out of her way to help us with a tour, parking, and other suggestions. (We are not fluent in Spanish – luckily she was fluent in English).One tip tho: it's in a hopping/busy part of the city, lots of pedestrians, vehicles, shops and cafes – so there is street noise. Ear plugs or ability to sleep through that street noise is important!

Beautiful unit BUT

The unit was beautiful and very nicely equipped. Very close to shopping and restaurants. This unit is lower in the building so hard to keep windows open. Also like many places in Medellin, it is noisy outside all night long.

The overall all stay was great but….

With a major communication with your host Carolina .Who I asked serval times if it’s ok for 1 night to have my two daughters stay with me 8 and 7 years old .She said yes with proper documentation then last minute when I couldn’t check in she said I couldn’t .I had to drive my young children across town to stay with a family member because of this almost 2 hours of driving . Very un called for it’s me and my 2 kids and they even had a lil mattress on floor for one to sleep in .it was only one night I told her . If it wasn’t for that I’ll stay here every time as I come to Colombia 4x a year so my children can see there family .To bad cause I liked the place a lot
