This stylish and completely renovated accommodation is perfect for groups of friends or for family up to 6 people. The grounds are secure and dogs are gladly accepted.
This studio is fully equipped. In front of the building there is a large free car park where you can even charge your electric car. 500 m from the GRES D'ANNOT, a unique tourist and climbing site in the world.
A garden that includes a pergolas, a barbecue, garden furniture near the river with private access and above all an outdoor JACUZZI of 4 + in which it will be good to relax.
Many activities are possible such as many hiking trails at 1500m, the unique visit of the King's Chamber in the Sandstone etc. 20 minutes from the first of the many lakes in the region etc.
The studio has an independent entrance accessible by an internal staircase. Many shops nearby (baker, butcher, caterer and small supermarket, pizzeria, bars etc. Two supermarkets at the entrance and exit of the village. The studio with its garden will offer you absolute calm surrounded by greenery with the background noise of the river.

Un week-end serein dans le petit coin de paradis de Monique !Venus passer le week-end pour des retrouvailles familiales, nous avons été enchantés de loger chez Monique. Son appartement est à son image : bonnes ondes, serein, doux et accueillant.Très bien aménagé, décoré avec soin et avec goût.Se poser dans le petit jardin à côté de la rivière et profiter de ce calme pour lire quelques pages d’un roman, siroter un bon café et commencer la journée J’y reviendrai très certainement et avec grand plaisir

Logement parfait !

Nous voyageons avec nos 2 enfants de 11 et 6 ans, ce logement est parfait pour une famille, assez grand pour ne pas se sentir les un sur les autres, tres propre et organisé. Le jardin avec le spa sont tres agreables apres une journee de randonnee . L'acces à la rivieres est top. Notre hôte a éte tres accueillante avec de bons conseils. Nous reviendorns avec plaisir
