"Enjoy a quiet home near The Woodlands and Lake Conroe. My home offers 2 bdrm/2 ba w/jetted tub, an open living room w/ fireplace, a small workout area, a cozy dinner nook & lg yard for dogs. There's a short walking/biking path right outside the door & you'll only be 15 mins to find several attractions in North Houston, including Cynthia Woods Mitchell Concert venue, Old Towne Spring, Six Flags, The Woodlands Market Street and Marriott Center.
**PLEASE REQUEST AND READ HOUSE RULES BEFORE RESERVING!! THX**
I do allow behaved, potty trained pets in my home. While we do a deep cleaning after each guest we cannot get everything so if you have pet allergies, or you are sensitive to animal fur or smell, my home may not be a good fit for you.
* there is an additional charge for more than 2 pets and an additional $50 cleaning fee for stays longer than 10 days.*
*Stays longer than 21 days:
- refundable $150 deposit for damage & excess utility charges over $150
-extra $50 deep clean charge

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
*Put used towels and washcloths in laundry room. *Leave bedding on the beds. *Walk yard one more time for missed doggy 🐕 gifts 💩 💩 *Take out trash *Take trash bin to curb Mon or Thur nite
*Do your dishes *If grill was used, clean it while its heated but caution- one wheel is broken so dont move it *Leftover food items in trash *Turn on living room ceiling fan as you depart.
Text or message that you have left so I may let the cleaner know it is OK to enter, thank you!!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets: don't allow them on the bedding/furniture without sheets/towels which are provided in a marked hamper. DO NOT WASH PET SHEETS W/ HOUSE SHEETS
Pick up dog pooh in yard before check-out or there is $50 charge. DO NOT WASH ANIMALS IN THE TUBS! TRASH: Put bins to street Mon nite and Thur nite
JETTED TUB: Please use only the bath salts provided for jetted tub use, NO LIQUID SOAPS please. GRILL: Don't move the grill, there's a wheel broken.

Everything was smooth and easy. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, prefer cooking to eating out, even on vacation. All amenities worked well and the house is well cared for. Location to interstates and sites very convenient.

Adorable brick house in a quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery stores and other conveniences. Host was responsive but we didn’t have any issues. Loved the walking path that went through the community. This space was perfect for our family of 3 and my son was even able to spend 1 night with us on the extended couch. Located about 40 minutes from downtown Houston but we were there to visit our son in Spring so that was no issue for us.
