Ideally located 10 minutes from the magnificent beaches of Sciotot, Siouville, this charming house for 6 people completely renovated is an ideal starting point for hiking, the discovery of the Cotentin, the landing beaches and also water sports.
You will find 5 minutes away local shops (bakery, supermarket, hairdresser, post office, bank...) and 10 minutes away Les Pieux offering all the necessary shops and supermarkets.
(Pro: EDF nuclear power plant 3 minutes away, Orano and Naval Group 25 minutes away)

The accommodation
Our charming house is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
- cosy living room with functional fireplace
- fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher)
- Veranda with dining table and relaxing armchair
- WC
- small laundry area (washing machine)
- bedroom with bay window opening onto terrace composed of a 160cm bed, shower and vanity unit, wardrobe and chest of drawers

1st floor:
- a bedroom offering a 140cm bed with shower and sink, wardrobe and chest of drawers
The latter allows access to the top floor

2nd floor:
- Attic bedroom with 2 beds
90cm can be brought closer together according to your needs

Outside:
-Parking possible for 2 vehicles in a row
Electrical socket available for vehicle charging
- terrace of 30m2 (Development in progress)
- Relaxation area enclosed by wall and not overlooked with storage shed for barbecue and garden kit

Additional equipment:
- Wifi (fibre)
- towels and sheets provided
- Tea towels and cleaning utensils available

We provide on request all the baby necessities (travel cot, mattress, high chair, crockery, potty and games)
