Our family chalet enjoys an ideal location, in the heart of the peaceful Gollet district, 25 metres from the free Manessier ski lift which takes you in a few minutes to the start of the slopes. The return is on skis.

Offering a superb unobstructed view of the mountains, it is south facing with a large 15m² balcony (ideal for barbecues in summer or enjoying the sun's rays in winter)

With a living area of 200m², it is ideal for 2 families and remains very comfortable for 3 families with its 7 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms, 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds (including 1 with a mezzanine for 2 plus children) and 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and its 5 bathrooms.

The main living room includes a stove around which you can spend a relaxing evening with family or friends. The 2nd living room located on the garden level includes a television. The mezzanine above the living room includes a board games area. The independent kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a freezer and a dishwasher.

You will also enjoy a balcony, a terrace, a 15-acre garden with sun loungers, 2 parking spaces and a ski room.

We also provide children's equipment (cot and high chair).

Exit cleaning is included in the price.
Bed linen and towels are available for rent.

Note: Our chalet will be redecorated in the spring of 2024 and all the living room furniture, beds, bedding, wall decoration, ... will be renewed.
