About this property

NEWLY RENOVATED STEPS TO BEACH BEAUTY

Spacious recently renovated 3br, 2 bth immaculate condo awaits your arrival. Situated steps from beautiful Surfside Beach with the largest pool in Surfside in the Sea Grove complex. Master bedroom, bath and kitchen newly renovated. You'll have access to a ground floor storage unit with beach cart to store all your beach and/or golf essentials. Free Wifi.
The bedrooms are spacious. It Sleeps 8 with the pullout. (Full size)
Portacrib available upon request.
There's an outdoor terrace for you and your guests to relax on, large living and dining areas and in unit laundry room with full size machines. *Note: Unit is on the third floor with no elevator. Plenty of parking for 2 cars, which includes a golf cart. (parking permits are required and available) No trailers or commercial vehicles allowed.

Our guests include couples, families, retirees, people relocating and families with children attending SCC or baseball & dance tournaments

Amenities include a fully stocked newly renovated kitchen with white cabinets and granite tops that opens to a 4-seat breakfast bar. The dining room table seats an additional 6. Three bedrooms include one king , new large en suite with walk-in shower. Queen size bedroom features a bright and sunny room with walk-in closet along with a small computer desk. Third bedroom has two twin beds.
Your private balcony is large and long, beach-themed decorated with plenty of seating and the sounds of the ocean Second bathroom has full size tub/shower. In-unit laundry room has a washer & dryer plus ironing board and iron.
The complex has one of the largest pools in Surfside and is surrounded by lovely, landscaped shade and sun areas and decking that everyone adores! A BBQ grill is located inside the gazebo. There is no grilling allowed on the deck. Pool is open from April 1 to Oct 31. (Weather permitting)
We're within walking distance from Surfside Pier where you can enjoy fishing and dining choices of multiple restaurants.
I'm available any time to answer any of your questions and are committed to making sure your vacation experience is a positive one. While I rent this condo out, it is also my part-time home that I'm pleased to share with you; I just ask that you respect it so other guests may enjoy it too.

Absolutely no grilling on the deck. Charcoal grills are located at gazebo at the pool

This condo has a spacious living area. It has a nice updated kitchen and en suite bathroom. We liked that it has twin beds in one of the bedrooms to give siblings their own space. It also has inviting balcony seating. The big pool is wonderful! We love Surfside Beach and we would definitely stay in this condo next time!

Relaxing Stay by the Beach

Stayed here to be away from the noise of Myrtle Beach. Get to just relax and walk 1 block to the beach. Comfy 3 bedroom with 2 baths was perfect for our group. Enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony as we started the day. Great place to chill.

Nice condo in a great location.

The unit was very nice. The updated master bedroom and bathroom were done beautifully. The outside deck area was spacious. The location is great! Short and easy walk to the beach. Also less than a mile to some nice local eateries.

My husband and I have owned the unit since 2006. We come down every spring, fall and hopefully will spend more time in the winter here. We love the area and the complex and are committed to making your vacation a memorable experience. We are available at all times to answer any questions or address any concerns you have and we welcome you to reach out to us.

Why they chose this property

We visited the area in 2005 and fell in love. The following year we bought this condo. We love it because it's spacious, has a great pool and is so close to the beach. On top of everything the location is wonderful and the people I meet every year have been fantastic. I've also had the pleasure of meeting with several of my tenants who decided to move down permanently.
I love getting up in the morning and having my coffee outside on the terrace, walking on the beach or around the lake and relaxing by the pool in the afternoon. I love going out and finding new places to eat every time I'm there and, of course, no trip would be complete without a day trip to Charleston. My place is perfect for families or couples who deserve a nice place to stay while they enjoy all that the Grand Strand has to offer. You work hard - you deserve a great vacation and that is my sincere wish to all that stay here!

What makes this property unique

The best things about my condo are:

1. The short distance to the beach.
2. Definitely the large pool and poolside area.
3. The spaciousness of the unit.
4. The quality of the neighborhood, beautiful and peaceful. (I love walking around the lake in the morning.
5. Plenty of parking
6. The location to all the shopping - Murrell's Inlet, Market Commons, downtown Myrtle and all the attractions are a short car ride away.
7. Only an hour and a half to Charleston or Wilmington for a day trip or quick getaway.
