Gîte Dans les Hauteurs D'itxassou, Vue Exceptionnelle sur la Vallée de la Nive

Ideally located for hikes in Mondarrain, Artzamendi. Very quiet place. <br>The view from the living room is exceptional. The cottage is on the ground floor of my house and includes:<br>- on the 1st floor, the garage and the entrance<br>- on the ground floor, a living - dining room, with television, internet connection (fibre), the kitchen with a fridge, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms with beds of 140/190, sheets are provided, 1 toilet, a bathroom with toilet towels are provided, shower, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing board with iron, a terrace with a garden of 800m². Pets are not allowed. The cottage is 6kms from the village of Itxassou or Espelette, 25kms from the Basque coast and 35kms from St Jean foot of the port.<br>Rental is from Saturday to Saturday in September 2026 and Sunday to Sunday in June, July and August 2026

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Isabelle à Itxassou. Une vue à couper le souffle, une maison bien équipée avec tout le confort et la gentillesse d'Isabelle pour couronner notre visite au Pays Basque. Les activités ne manquent pas dans la région !

Exceptionnel à tout point de vue.La propriétaire n'a qu'un but: faire plaisir à ses invités.Je recommande vivement cette location qui offre un panorama incroyable de la salle de séjour via une superbe baie vitrée, panorama sur une vallée immense de sorte que l'on se croirait en avion.

Logement avec magnifique vue sur les montagnes, les moutons, vautours, milans royaux et les pottoks ! Randonnées aux pieds de la maison. Propriétaire très à l'écoute et de bons conseils. Logement lumineux et fonctionnel. Super séjour détente !
