Looking for a fun and relaxing getaway this summer? Look no more!! Bring your boat, jet ski, kayaks!! Perfect for a small family or group of friends. Home has everything you need for a cozy and restfull vacation, including your own boat dock and floating dock as well. Five minutes from Bay Pines Marina, less than 5 minutes from the Lakeside Golf Course and 15 minutes from Wind Creek State Park, Smith Mountain, Dare Power Park. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Must be 25 years or older to rent and occupy this property. Outdoor Security Cameras are used around the property for the safety of the property and our guests.

We reserve the right to enter the premises to effect repairs at any time. We will do our very best to give adequate notice to our guests.

There are no refunds given for trip interruption due acts of God such as tornado, hurricane, lightening strikes, power outage due to weather, etc.

We do not allow third-party leasing or subleasing.

Hicks Family Mini Vacay

The cottage is great! So pretty! Everything was exceptionally clean! We loved everything about it! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. The location is great! On the water but just a short drive by land to stores and restaurants. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit.I spoke with the hosts several times and they were very easy to work with. We are already planning another trip!
