We are conveniently situated within a 7 minute drive of Comal river, Schlitterbahn Water Park, HEB store is just 1.6 miles away, Picturesque Guadalupe River. The nearest airport is located at San Antonio(35m) and Austin(SUA)(45m) This town is fast growing and on main highway IH-35. The weather is comfortable all through the year. In this big town there are business travelers, tourist attractions, frequent transporter stay facility. Free Breakfast- 2 Types of Cereals, 2 Types of Milk, 2 Types of Juice (Orange and Apple), 2 Types of Fruit (Apple and Banana), White Bread & Wheat Bread, Strawberry Jam, Peanut Butter, Muffin, French fries or Chips. USD 100 damage deposit per stay is required on arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded 7 days after check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property. Pet fee - USD 25 per pet per night. There is a cleaning fee, maintenance fee, a contingency fee and an additional charge for each extra person at the property.

River vacation

Room key kept not working, pool was green, spa was unusable, manager was rude, breakfast was a joke. No elevator, out of order. Ice machine was either off or nothing in it. Rooms were clean and cool. Grounds were pretty clean. Great location, tho.

Texas tubing was fun

The motel was nice and clean but the air conditioning did not work and it was very hot it was over a hundred degrees both days had a little trouble understanding the manager

Renovation in progress

The place was.... Nice... Basic and serves the needed intentions. The lady at the front desk was courteous and spoke English well. She informed me UPON check-in that the motel was undergoing renovations on our floor (2nd) and if I had a problem with that, she could move me to the 1st floor but it would be a double bed instead of a King. Now, while I didn't mind the situation, a head's up about the renovations would have been nice. Overall, I give it a 3.
