We will not book this place again

We think the home was in a really nice place - close to the beach and the city. But there was very bad smell there. It smelled of sewer and bad drains even though we cleaned it. And twice we had cockroaches. Also pretty much noise from the road with cars. I think the place needs a renovation, you can see in several places that there has been moisture. We will not book that place again.

This is more of a corporate vacation rental managed by an individual. I was in town for the Cannes Film Festival so it was definitely an expensive price for what I got. I stayed in another closer and nicer vacation rental earlier in the week for the same amount with quadruple the space and nicer amenities.The communication was great, but the listing left a bit to be desired. Just small things: the shower doors did not have the rubber stoppers on the bottom so I had to put them on myself. I had to put the bin liners in on arrival and the room didn't come with cleaning supplies. There was only one laundry detergent pellet and it didn't dissolve all the way in the washer. There wasn't really enough toilet paper stocked. Just a bit odd and it felt like it wasn't fully prepared for my arrival. It was right next to an Aldi which was nice.

Séjour à Cannes avec coin de verdure

Bel appartement très fonctionnel, même si petit. Le jardin est vraiment un plus, il est un peu excentré (comptez 25 mn à pieds avec montées et descentes pour accéder à la gare par exemple). Mais si vous venez pour la plage, c'est parfait.

un petit coin de bonheur

Je recommande sans hésitations, ce studio. Il est très bien agencé et très propre à notre arrivée, la terrasse et le jardin sont un vrais plus. La douche est grande et l'eau sort avec de la pression, le lit a une très bonne literie, mais vous parer petit si vous êtes habitué au queen size. Son emplacement est top! en 15 min à pied et en passant par la côte vous êtes au palais du festival, et donc du centre ville de Cannes. Comme le studio vient avec une place de parking, pas besoin de payer 20€ supplémentaire de parking par jour. Surtout que si vous restez une semaine, et que vous voulez vous faire à manger un Aldi est au pied de l'immeuble. Un grand merci à Julie et son sourire, n'hésitez pas à lui demander des conseils, elle connait Cannes comme sa poche. Merci encore Mme Junillon

L’appartement est très bien situé, conforme aux photos présentes sur l’annonce. Les petites attentions sont au rendez vous. Nous avons passé un bon moment et recommandons le logement.

Le studio est très bien aménagé et très propre. Julie est à nos petits soins. Proche des plages à pieds et supérette à côté de l’immeuble. Je recommande sans hésiter
