We’re left stranded in Guatemala because owner overbooked

This experience was horrible. Owner overbooked and left us stranded in another country with no place to stay. No communication and they cancelled the reservation but it takes three weeks to get the money we had prepaid. Do not book here or you will be stuck also.

Sorry for your experience but we never received your reservation. This is vrbo's fault not ours. No communication from you was received until you called to let us know you were at the house. If anything stop using VRBO and use Airbnb instead
