The 55 sqm apartment is located near a swimming area on Lake Plauer on the landlord's property and invites you to relax and relax with a large garden area. It can accommodate 4 people and is suitable for holidays with children. Outside there is a terrace with a grill, a fireplace and an attractive koi pond. Enjoy the expanse of Lake Plauer as well as numerous smaller lakes, the clear water and the calm bathing beaches. Discover the water world on boat, sailing or canoe tours. The slightly hilly area offers colorful meadows and fields as well as quiet forests. The Plauer See is one of the largest lakes in the Mecklenburg Lake District. From here it is only a few kilometers to Müritz, and the Baltic Sea coast is not far away.
