The house is located in a quiet residential area of Bandol, ALL CLOSE!!
-The city centre, the port and the beaches of Bandol are between 15 and 20 minutes walk
-Local shops (casino, supermarket, pharmacy, 2 bakeries, tobacco and a greengrocer) 5 minutes walk away
Bandol SNCF train station, 10 minutes walk

Tenant Access:
Guest tenants will have access to the entire house and its amenities (grounds, seasonal swimming pool, etc.). The house will be exclusively reserved for travellers during their stay.

Other notes:
Deposit of 1000 euros (check not cashed and returned at the end of the stay after verification of the accommodation).

Pets not allowed.

Parties, parties and other things are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN within the property. Please respect the area between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
