Description <br>Completely renovated Breton house with breathtaking panoramic views of the sea.<br>The house overlooks the Perle des Abers on an enclosed garden of 800 m2 and has two terraces with South and West exposure. Located 2 minutes from the fine sandy beach of Béniguet, you are in the ideal place for a total disconnection with family or friends and a discovery of the superb Finistère coastline (the GR 34 passes at the foot of the property!)<br>Many activities are available nearby including the 50m Sailing School, 900m Diving School, Equestrian Centre, Kite Surfing... A rejuvenating environment whatever the weather!<br>Seafood lovers, you will stay not far from the oyster beds of renowned local producers, in Lannilis (Prat Ar coum oysters) and Lilia Plouguerneau (Legris oysters). Aber Benoît is also known for its excellent mussels grown offshore and its oysters matured in the sweetness of the river. A feast not to be missed!<br>The luckiest ones will even be able to admire the dolphin colony in the river and fishing enthusiasts will be able to have a great time.<br>For holidaymakers travelling by train or by air, Saint Pabu is located about 25 minutes from the airport by road and just over 30 minutes from Brest train station.<br><br>On the practical side, the town has a doctor's office, a pharmacy and a mini-market.<br><br>We look forward to welcoming you.

Excellent séjour dans la maison d’Yves et Rozenn, qui porte bien son nom: c’est un bijou, avec une vue sur la mer qui est extraordinaire, et où tout est pensé, décoré avec beaucoup de soin et un équipement qui dépasse largement les standards: chaises longues, salon de jardin devant la mer, robot de cuisine, gaufrier, etc. Des livres et de la documentation sur la région sont également à disposition, ainsi que les précieux conseils de nos hôtes dont l’accueil a été très chaleureux ! Que du bonheur…

Un hébergement exceptionnel

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans cette très belle maison, décorée avec gout et avec prestations de qualité. Très propre, il y avait tous qu'il faut pour un séjour vraiment confortable. L'emplacement est idéal et quelle vue sur l'Aber Benoit! Les communications des hôtes avant d'arriver était très clairs et utiles et notre accueil en arrivant était chaleureux. Yves et Rozenn nous ont fourni plein d'infos pour profiter au maximum des bons restaurants et points de vue d'exception. Nous retournerons!
