House:

The house 'Kamen' (Croatian = 'stone') is an approximately 150 year old stone house. It was completely renovated in 2011. With careful craftsmanship and using high-quality materials, a stylish, simple atmosphere was created. In 2019, an individually made pool with a spacious outdoor area, grill house and outdoor kitchen was created. All old walls have been carefully restored.

In the house there is a large kitchen and 3 bedrooms. With several terraces, the lounge area can be expanded on sunny days. At the same time, the house offers a high level of comfort with 3 separate bathrooms to the bedrooms and modern telecommunications. Underfloor heating and a powerful fireplace ensure that the house can be comfortably occupied all year round.

Location and location:

The Vinodol Valley, in which Belgrade is located, extends from Krizisce to Bribir and offers numerous outdoor opportunities. Forests and plateaus or mountains (up to 1400m) for hiking, old Frankopane castles in Drivenik and Grizane and an artificial lake for anglers in Tribalj are just a few of the destinations that can be reached.

The sea and the coastal town of Crikvenica are 7 km away. Here you will find beaches and bays, numerous restaurants and a market.

The nearest international airport is Rijeka, which is a 30-minute drive away.

Haus Kamen is located on a wooded slope below rocks with a view of the Adriatic Sea and the island of Krk, 7 km away. It is part of the listed hamlet of Belgrade (250 m above sea level).
Shops, bars and cafes can be found in the village of Grizane, 1 km away. A medieval church with Glagolitic inscriptions dates back to the 13th. Century.

Fantastic house in lovely area

The house features three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and is very well equipped. The stand out feature is the pool area with outside kitchen The house is built to a modern and very high standard. Gordan was great at explaining everything and made us feel very welcome The only point I would make is that the house is in the mountains and you have to drive up steep and narrow roads which might not be for everyone

Herrlicher Sommerurlaub

Wir haben in dem liebevoll renovierten und sehr gut ausgestatteten Steinhaus wundervolle 14 Tage verbracht. Da es sehr heiß war, haben wir den Pool ausgiebig genutzt- einfach super! Vielen Dank!

Perfekte Location für absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre!

Die Unterkunft ist durch die 3 Badezimmer plus einem weiteren WC perfekt für 6 Personen geeignet. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, sodass man sich nicht in die Quere kommt. Die Fahrt zur Unterkunft ist ziemlich abendteuerlich, da es ziemlich abseits gelegen ist, was jedoch für Gäste, die Ruhe genießen wollen, perfekt ist. Der Pool ist traumhaft. Auch unser Hund (Labrador) hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Durch den eingezäunten Außenbereich konnte er problemlos herumtoben. Die Sauberkeit ist etwas ausbaufähig. Aufgrund der abgelegenen Lage ist ein Auto zwingend notwendig. Die nächstgelegene Stadt ist ca 15-20min. entfernt. Die schönsten Strande haben wir in KrK entdeckt (ca. 40min. Fahrt), jedoch sind auch in 20min. Entfernung Strände vorhanden. Alles in allem kann man die Unterkunft wärmstens für einen entspannten Sommeraufenthalt empfehlen.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Lage des Hausres ist großartig. Hier kann man wunderbar zur Ruhe kommen. In den Bergen gelegen, mit der alten Kirche direkt hinter dem Garten und dem Blick aufs Meer ist es einfach idyllisch.Das alte Steinhaus ist ganz besonders liebevoll restauriert, es ist ein Haus mit Herz und Seele. Wir haben uns direkt wohl und gefühlt. Ein bisschen wie im Urlaub zuhause;) Die Ausstattung war bestens. Besonders die Küche war top ausgestattet. Es war sehr heiß, als wir im Juli dort waren. Tagsüber konnten wir uns im Pool abkühlen. Der Pool wurde vom Hausmeister mehrmals gereinigt und kontrolliert. Der Herr war sehr nett, sprach deutsch und hatte auch viele Tipps für die Umgebung. Nachts war es allerdings leider auch sehr warm im Haus. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage sondern nur Ventilatoren, da hätten wir uns in den Schlafräumen wirklich eine Klimaanlage gewünscht. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist wirklich sehr eng, mit großen Autos muss man schon aufpassen. Da zählt jeder Millimeter. Man kann ein paar Meter weiter unten parken, hat das Auto zum Be- und Entladen dann aber nicht direkt am Haus. Insgesamt war es ein großartiger Aufenthalt in Grizane.

Wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen und sogar unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet 6 Personen mehr als ausreichend Platz. Der schöne Pool hat unseren Aufenthalt einfach abgerundet.

Ruhiges und durchdachtes Ferienhaus!

Wer einen Ort für Zweisamkeit und Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten was Sauberkeit betrifft waren wir mit allen vollstens zufrieden! In der Hochsaison kann man es verstehen wenn es mit dem putzen schnell gehen muss.Wir waren mit unserer Hündin da und sie wurde auch herzlich begrüßt. Was man vielleicht noch sagen muss ist dass eine kleine Kapelle hinter dem Haus steht und dort ab und zu Leute hoch laufen und halt auch mal runter schauen. Eine Burgruine ist zirka 800m von diesem Anwesen entfernt, dass fande ich klasse! Im Endeffekt kann man nicht viel meckern und wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter!

Sehr schönes Domizil

Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr schön und der überdachte Grillplatz lädt zum verweilen / versacken ein. Das Anwesen ist ziemlich neu und hochwertig ,rundum gelungen. Einzig die Anfahrt ist etwas schwierig hat aber ihre Vorteile, so ist man ziemlich abgeschieden und unter sich. Kommen gerne wieder

Tolles Ferienhaus in der Natur

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in der Natur sehr genossen. Der Aussenbereich des Hauses ist atemberaubend. Der Pool ist riesig und der Ausblick ein Traum. Drinnen ist das Haus sehr schön restauriert, es fehlt einem an nichts. Ein kleiner Nachteil, es ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Wenn es nachts abkühlt ist es angenehm drinnen, ist es allerdings mehrere Tage heiß, bekommt man die Hitze nichts mehr so schnell aus den Räumen. Man darf auch keine Angst vor Insekten haben, diese sind durch die Natur nahe Lager auch im Haus. Der Vermieter war super nett und ist auf unsere Bitten sehr schnell eingegangen. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Schönes Haus mit tollen Pool in abgeschiedenen Lage

Das Haus und der Pool waren sehr schön, allerdings ist die Lage sehr abgeschieden. Auf Grund der Abgeschiedenheit und ländlichen Lage gibt es viele Insekten im Außenbereich und auch leider im Haus. Aussicht vom Pool ist traumhaft.

Worte alleine reichen nicht...

Wir hatten uns viel vorgenommen: Inselbesuche, Touren zu nahe gelegenen Städten und natürlich die Badebuchten. Insgesamt waren wir aber nur 1x kurz am Strand und haben den Rest der Zeit im Haus, am Pool und am Grill verbringen müssen, weil es dort einfach so unglaublich toll war!!! Das Haus liegt oben am Berg, hat hinter sich eine sehr pittoreske Kirche und die Gipfelkette zum Anfassen. Vorne liegt dann eine unglaubliche Aussicht auf das Meer. Das ist aber noch nicht alles: das Haus selbst ist sehr liebevoll, hochwertig und geschmackvoll restauriert und eingerichtet. Die Terrasse mit sehr schönem Pool ist mit grobem Stein gemauert und wahnsinnig gemütlich. Das Wasser wird ohne Chlor durch eine Sandfilteranlage gereinigt und schont entsprechend Augen und Haut. Wir hatten ein aufblasbares zwei Meter langes Krokodil dabei. Es war das perfekte Extra für den großen Pool. Insgesamt ist das Haus abseits des Tourismus, mit wenigen Nachbarn und relativ „blickdicht“. Außer über einen kaum genutzten Gehweg kann niemand reingucken. Alle Kontakte - Empfang durch Nada, Stojan als Hausmeister und Gordan für die Verwaltung - sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten kleinere technische Defekte, die wir angegeben haben. Auf den sofort angebotenen Handwerker haben wir aber verzichtet, weil sie nicht wirklich störend waren. Ein Hinweis muss ich noch zu den „Mitbewohnern“ geben. Wir haben uns anfänglich vor allerlei Käfern und Insekten gefürchtet. Es gab z.B. Spinnen, wunderschöne Grashüpfer und Spinnenläufer die umweltbedingt relativ häufig anzutreffen waren. Gerade Spinnenläufer sind aber total nützliche und harmlose Tierchen. Unsere Kinder haben sich schnell akklimatisiert und sie als ganz selbstverständliches Beiwerk der Natur wahrgenommen. Ich beglückwünsche alle, die das Glück haben, hier einkehren zu können und bedanke mich nochmal für einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt.

Tolles Haus mit Pool in den Bergen

Wir waren mit 6 Personen (3 Pärchen) im August 2020 für 1 Woche im Haus und hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Großer Vorteil bei unserer Gruppe war, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine machen den Leben sehr leicht. Der Pool ist wirklich toll, bietet den Blick aufs Meer und kann auch von 6 Personen gleichzeitig genutzt werden. Man hat zu jederzeit Ruhe und ist sehr ungestört. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war immer freundlich, ehrlich und schnell. Vor-Ort wurde sich auch mehrfach nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und Kleinigkeiten sofort behoben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Perfekter Urlaub mit der perfekten Unterkunft in der perfekten Lage

Das ist die erste Bewertung die jemals geschrieben habe. Hier muss ich mir einfach die Mühe machen weil ich so sehr zufrieden war. Wir sind mit zwei Familien angereist. Schon die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war außergewöhnliche zuverlässig und sehr nett. Der Empfang durch Gordon vor Ort war so herzlich und sein Zeit nehmen um uns viele wertvolle Tipps für den Aufenthalt zu geben, einfach grandios. Das Haus ist so toll wie auf den Fotos und sehr gut ausgestattet. Als Upgrade hatten wir den wahnsinnig tollen Pool der noch so viel mehr Freude gemacht hat. Wir haben uns rundum versorgt gefühlt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Der nette Gärtner kümmert sich um Garten und Pool und was uns sonst noch auffällt. Aufgrund unseres Hinweises dass an zwei Liegen Muttern fehlen, sorgte er umgehend für Abhilfe. Die Lage hätte nicht besser sein können. In 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Supermarkt der auch Brot, Käse und Wurst führt. Sonntag Vormittag geöffnet. 15 min mit dem Auto zum Strand und wenn man etwas läuft die schönsten Buchten. Wird Gordon bestimmt genau erläutern. Die Kletterfelsen in zu Fuß Entfernung. Und dann trotzdem diese Ruhe und die Aussicht. Außerdem: Das gute Essen und wunderbare Ambiente im Balaton kann ich nur empfehlen. Das Essen war jedesmal ein Genuss und kam auch bei den Kindern sehr gut an. Dann hatte wir noch zwei Zustellbetten, für die in den Schlafzimmern ausreichend Platz war. Wir waren alle 8 außerordentlich zufrieden und bedanken uns ganz herzlich für die tolle Zeit. Ein wunderschönes, erholsames Haus!

Das stilvolle, baukulturell vorbildliche Haus befindet sich in einem sehr hübschen, ruhig gelegenen Weiler. Die Umgebung und die Aussicht aufs Meer sind traumhaft! Reizvoll ist auch die Burgruine, welche sich in wenigen Minuten Gehdistanz zum Haus befindet. Das Haus Kamen ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet; jedes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer, ein toller Grill auf dem Vorplatz. Wir können diesen Ort uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
