Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Evelyne’s place! The room is spacious and spotless, and the location is very convenient, close to metro, bus, and good restaurants. Evelyne and Patrice are so nice and helpful throughout our stay. We’d recommend this place to anyone traveling to Paris!

Very comfortable room, extraordinarily caring hosts

I came to Paris for a 10 days work stay and was happy to have found an agreable place to stay. The room is very comfortably and nicely furnished and equiped, I found everything I need in a 5 minutes walk, including the next metro station, and the quarter as well offers much opportunities to spend free evenings. My hosts helped me with advice and practical support in a great number of various concerns. So this is a whole-hearted recommendation of this lovely place.

Nice stay

It’s a very comfortable room with a small fridge, microwave, coffee machine and heater for tea. You just can’t cook. Spacious and clean room and bathroom, feels very private since you are alone on the top floor and the owners are very respectful and nice. They are extremely attentive and willing to help in any way. Location is nice because it’s not in the center but really easy to get to the center. We would definitely stay here again. Mariola and Lilia

Wonderful Paris Stay

Evelyne and Patrice were wonderful hosts and this place was perfect for our first trip to Paris! The room itself was clean and comfortable for my husband and me. We had a private bathroom and private toilet. Our hosts made sure we had all the amenities we could need, like towels, a coffee maker, plates, utensils, a mini fridge, and metro maps.The location is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, which we enjoyed coming back to after days visiting busy, touristy sites.Evelyne and Patrice provided recommendations for restaurants, cafés, and bakeries in the neighborhood, and the few we tried were great! If you're looking for a comfortable room in a nice, safe neighborhood in Paris with easy access to transportation, this is it! I would absolutely stay here again.

Nous avions réservé pour 5 nuits pour visiter Paris et c'était honnêtement, parfait!Charmant quartier. Très sécuritaire aussi. Près de tous les services et du métro. La communication avec nos hôtes est super simple. Tout nous était super bien expliqué pour se rendre a l'hébergement en sortant du métro. L'accueil de nos hôtes etait aussi très bien. Et on sent tout de suite qu'ils ont a coeur notre confort. Ils se soucient que tout soit à notre goût et que nous ne manquions de rien. L'appartement était très propre et tout ce dont nous avions besoin était à notre disposition. En bref, nous vous recommandons cet hébergement sans hésiter!

Het contact met Evelyne en Patrice was hartelijk en plezierig.Ook was het fijn dat we in overleg alles naar onze zin hebben kunnen afspreken. De situatie in het huis was heel vrij en helemaal zoals beschreven Ook heel fijn om in hun bijzondere huis en rustige buurt 'thuis' te komen na een drukke Parijse dag.We komen graag nog een keertje terug!

Trois jours à Paris

Accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Communication facile avec des hôtes prévenants, attentionnés et efficaces. Deuxième séjour, recommendation inconditionelle

Mon deuxième séjour était aussi agréable que le premier, même un peu plus, car je connaissais déjà le quartier. C'est une chambre grande, très propre, très joliment meublée, propre, avec un grand lit très comfortable où on dort très bien. La maison se trouve au coin de deux petites rues où il y a rarement du traffic, donc c'est assez calme dans l'appartement et on peut reposer ou s'endormir tranquillement. La gentillesse et le soutien des hôtes est incomparable, un grand merci à vous.
