The apartment has been completely renovated in early 2014 and newly furnished. It is located in Hochpartarre and available to the tenant in the fully available.

The apartment is located in a quiet central location with good transport links to the city center (3 km by car). One of the most beautiful parks in Bucharest is located near (5 min. Walk).
Public parking is available in front of the house.

The apartment comprises 67 square meters (see floor plan). It has 2 bedrooms (1 = 180x200 bed, bed 2 160x200) suitable for 2 persons.

There are 2 bathrooms. A guest bathroom with toilet, shower and a bathroom with tub and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob with extractor hood. The fridge has a freezer compartment. Fire extinguishers, fire and first aid kit are available in the kitchen.

Wir haben wunderbare Tage in diesem Appartment verbracht. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war bei Fragen immer für uns erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte, Bushaltestellen und auch die Metro ist leicht zu erreichen. Somit ist man in schnell in der Innenstadt. Sehr schön ist der Tineretului-Park, welcher in 5 min erreichbar ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und die 2 Toiletten sind überaus praktisch. Das Internet sehr gut verfügbar. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist grundsätzlich ruhig, man fühlt sich sehr wohl.

Anna's appartment is very cute ,clean, well appointed and in a quiet convenient location. Anna is caring and responsive to the calls.. Cipi ,the manager does a great job running the place smoothly.
