Spacious holiday rental with a pleasant view of the meadow. 10 km from Nogent-sur-Seine, 50 km from Troyes, and 30 km from Sens and Provins. A charming holiday rental located across from the birthplace of Alfred Boucher, a famous sculptor from the Nogent region, in a village with pleasant views of meadows, a pond, and a river. The holiday rental is wheelchair accessible. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room with office area and TV, one wheelchair-accessible bedroom (1 double bed) with private bathroom (bathtub, shower), and a separate toilet. Upstairs: one bedroom (1 double bed) with a sink, one bedroom (2 single beds, 100x200), one bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed + cot), bathroom, and separate toilet. Beds are made upon arrival. Gas heating. Additional charges: electricity and gas (utility fee = advance payment towards utilities). Reception hall rental (40 people): €200 for a cocktail reception or €400 for the weekend. Table tennis table available, but please bring your own paddles and balls.
