Located in the Normandy countryside, 5 minutes from Lisieux, 35 minutes from the sea, you will enjoy an atypical farmhouse (including 2 bedrooms in a row) with covered and heated swimming pool! Accessible directly from the house in the middle of a wooded park only for you. Completely rearranged to make your stay even more pleasant.
The accommodation
The house comprises on the ground floor:

entrance, cathedral insulated living room with fireplace and mezzanine, living room with bay window giving access to a covered and heated swimming pool from the Easter holidays to the All Saints' Day holidays included, office, shower room, fitted and equipped kitchen, master suite (shower, sink and toilet), bathroom and toilet, pantry.

Upstairs: three
bedrooms, 2 of which are adjoining. Then another bedroom accessible by the living room.
terrace with garden furniture, table, deckchairs... barbecue, outbuildings, etc. Located in a quiet area, horses and squirrels for area, magnificent place and region to discover.
At your disposal free of charge: Bicycles, Tennis table, Badminton, Wi-Fi.
