If you want to be close to the Frio River with a bonus of seeing a lot of wildlife, then DEER TRAIL is the perfect place for you and your family! You will know you are in the Hill Country the minute you walk into this native stone 2 bedroom + 2 bath home. The open concept and high ceilings give you the space needed for 6 to 8 guests. The outdoor covered car pot is ideal for relaxing and watching the many deer that frequent this property. There is a great side yard equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a BBQ and fire. Deer Trail is just a few blocks away from the 2nd crossing on the Frio River.
To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.
We provide:
