There is seating at the table and at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is supplied with all basic kitchen needs: pots & pans, baking dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee mugs, small appliances to include coffee pot, blender, toaster, crock pot, and hand mixer. There are cooking utensils for most cooking needs. There is a large food pantry available for your use. BBQ tools are also provided. Full size washer and dryer are in the hallway near bedroom 3. A refrigerator (with icemaker), stove, dishwasher, & microwave complete your kitchen necessities.

Each bedroom has a TV as well as the living area. 2 DVD players (Living room & Bunk Bedroom). Picnic tables and additional seating are on the covered back porch and sun deck. Juke Box, Pool Table, Hot Tub, horseshoe pit (please bring your own horseshoes), and children’s playground are a few of the outdoor amenities. Also for your use is a hammock, washer cups (bring your own washers), corn hole boards. The outdoor pool cabana is a wonderful extension for your enjoyment.

Sunbathing to stargazing… there is something for everyone to enjoy. The single-story home allows for easy access and the paved parking area would allow 5 to six vehicles. And of course, do not forget the beautiful crystal-clear waters of the FRIO RIVER. Concan Country Club/Golf Course is just minutes away along with The House Pasture Restaurant & Texas Music Venue. Garner State Park has the honor of being the most visited state park in Texas – traditional old and new – approximately 15-minute car drive.

In Concan, most of our homes are a 5 minute car drive to the river for PUBLIC ACCESS.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

Bedroom 1 — sleeps 3 – 1 king: 1 twin
Bedroom 2 — sleeps 2 – 1 queen
Bedroom 3 — sleeps 2 – 1 queen
Bedroom 4 — sleeps 6 – 2 twin/full bunks
Living Room — sleeps 2 – futon


LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases for 1 King, 2 Queen, 2 full, 3 twins 1 futon.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAPS: Hand soap, bathing soap, dish washing soap, dishwasher soap, clothes washing soap.
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.

Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware,
glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots &
pans.
We provide:
