Exclusive apartment on the shores of Lake Ossiach - with lake access

Apartment with wonderful lake view, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4 people, (a 5th Person could also spend the night on a sofa bed), 1x large bathroom, 1x shower and sink adjacent to the master bedroom and 1x guest toilet.

The quiet, comfortable and fully equipped lake apartment can accommodate up to max. five people with a wonderful view of Lake Ossiach.
The modern and cozy apartment is located in a house with a total of 4 apartments and has a large bedroom, a large living room, an additional bedroom with a bunk bed, a modern kitchen (including dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave etc.), a bathroom with shower and a large wellness bath incl. WC.
A beautiful terrace completes the ambience.

From the living room you can see Lake Ossiach.
From the bedroom you have a view of the Gerlitzen Alm.
A washer and dryer are also available.
You can use free WiFi in the apartment, 2x satellite TV, DVD player and much more.

A very special "BonBon" is the in-house diving school. You can also rent bicycles to explore the Ossiacher See by bike.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft direkt am See

Wir haben den Urlaub in Annenheim in dieser Ferienwhg sehr genossen. Es war wirklich alles perfekt und es fehlte an nichts. Der private Seezugang ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt! Auch die Lage ist super, die Bergbahn erreicht man zu Fuß, genauso wie den Bootsverleih oder das Schiff. Walther ist ein sehr freundlicher Ansprechpartner vor Ort und hat bei Bedarf gute Tipps für Aktivitäten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Skiwoche in Annenheim. Dem Appartement fehlt es an nichts. Neben einem wunderbaren Blick auf den Ossiacher See (mit eigenem Seezugang auf der anderen Strassenseite - ruhige Anliegerstrasse-), einem großen Balkon mit Sitz- und Liegemöbeln, großen Fenstern zum See, die mittels Rollo abgedunkelt werden können, ist das Appartement komplett ausgestattet. Moderne Möbel, ein großer Tisch, großer Fernseher und Soundanlage (die wir allerdings nicht nutzten) sowie ein großes Sofa, das zu einem zusätzlichen Bett umgebaut werden kann, sind vorhanden. Die Küchenausstattung ist komplett und gut durchdacht: Brotschneidemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffemaschine, Raclette, Microwelle, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, eine riesen Kühlschrank/Gefrierkombi neben dem Kühlschrank in der Einbauküche, Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen, Meßbecher etc., alles da. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Weg zum Skilift ist ca. 400 m lang, lässt sich gut laufen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir waren in dieser Woche schon das zweite Mal dort. Es war wie immer sehr schön, Lage top. Allerdings war es leider nicht ganz so sauber, wie im letzten Jahr. Vielleicht fällt es den meisten auch nicht so auf. Wir würden aber in jedem Fall wieder kommen.

Tolle Wohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Das einzige was fehlt, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau ist eine Klimaanlage, da die Wohnung unter dem Dach ist und es auch in der Nacht noch sehr warm war. Ansonsten ist alles Tipptopp.

Tolle Lage, schöner Blick auf den See, großer Stellplatz hinter dem Haus. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Autominuten. Weniger als 10 min zu Fuß zur Kanzelbahn. Perfekte Ferienwohnung für 4-köpfige Familie. Ausstattung Küche geeignet zum Selberkochen. Hervorragende Betreuung auch während der Mietzeit bei allen Fragen.

Herrlicher Urlaub mit den Kindern

Wir hatten sehr entspannte Ferien in der wirklich großen Wohnung in der es an überhaupt gar nichts gefehlt hat. Autofreier Urlaub mit den Kindern ist hier super möglich, für den Einkauf hat uns der liebe Walter ein Fahrrad geborgt, tausend Dank dafür nochmals! 💗 Der Steg direkt über den Radweg hat uns auch am Abend nochmal in den See hüpfen lassen, dieser war mit 26 Grad warm genug und trotzdem erfrischend. Die Wanderwege auf der Alpe sind sehr gut beschildert und zum Teil auch gut mit den Kindern (8 und 10) gut zu bewältigen. Die Bahnstrecke hinter dem Haus ist Recht laut, wird aber nur tagsüber befahren, das hat uns nicht gestört. Definitiv eine klare Empfehlung für einen erholsamen Aktivurlaub!

Tolle Aussicht, leider etwas laut durch die Lage

Die Wohnung ist toll, top ausgestattet - alles da, was man braucht, alles sehr sauber! Die Terrasse könnte mal wieder geschliffen werden, damit man sich keine Schiefer einzieht ;-) Die Strasse hinterm Haus ist laut, aber die Aussicht auf den See macht alles wett!

Wunderschöner Blick über Ossiacher See

Apartment viel größer als auf den Fotos zu ersehen und modern, zahlreiche Staumöglichkeiten, Küche hat eine besonders vielseitige Ausstattung. 7 min. Fußweg zur Gondel vor dem Gebäude kleine Anliegerstraße Direkt hinter Gebäudeparkplatz einzelnes Bahngleis für Regionalzug ( seltener ein Güterzug ) und die Bundesstraße. Wir haben uns gut erholt und der direkte Seezugang war großartig. Konnten sogar bei Walter unser SUP unterstellen. Einzig die von uns als Straßenlärm empfundene Geräuschkulisse hat unseren Urlaub in diesem schönen Apartment nicht perfekt werden lassen.

Wir kommen wieder

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, die Zimmer gut aufgeteilt und super ausgestattet. Toll fanden wir, dass es sowohl einen Kühlschrank in der Küche, als auch eine Kühl-Gefrierkombination im Abstellraum gab. Die Betten waren bereits bezogen. Im Hauptbad befinden sich ein Trockner und eine Waschmaschine (als 5-köpfige Familie: Gold wert). Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet und es gibt ausreichend Schränke in den Schlafzimmern. Der Balkon am Wohnzimmer müsste mal renoviert werden. Ansonsten ist alles in einem top-Zustand und ich finde: Schöner und geräumiger als auf den Fotos vorher ersichtlich war. Walter war für uns immer ansprechbar und auch zu den Kindern immer super nett. Ein besonderes Highlight ist natürlich der Seeblick aus dem Wohnzimmer. Es war unser erster Aufenthalt am Ossiacher See: Die Kinder sind Dank Strandbad, Gerlitzer Alp und Kärnten-Card voll auf ihre Kosten gekommen und mein Mann hat einen Tandem-Sprung gewagt :) Jeden Tag Schwimmen im See direkt bei Walter vorm Haus, Tretbootfahren - was will man als Familie mehr? Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder.
