3 stars

We had issues with AC, and communication. But overall it was an okay stay with me and my family. We stayed for about a year. We didn’t really hear anything back when we had issues with the property unless rent was due. But I very much appreciate the landlord for renting to us.

Beautiful property

The townhouse itself is beautiful. It's a new construction and you can tell that it's well taken care of by the owner. The only downside of the property is its location. It's located on a sketchy street so don't be alarmed if you think you're in the wrong area. However, there's a gate to the property which provides an extra layer of safety. The only downside of the stay was knowing the owner was watching our every move through the ring. PLEASE DON'T PARK IN SPOT B, EVEN IF IT'S TO STRAIGHTEN UP TO PARK IN SPOT A. YOU'LL IMMEDIATELY GET A CALL BEFORE YOU CAN WARN YOUR GUEST OR FIX THE SITUATION.
