This townhouse is beautifully decorated and completely modernized with everything you need for the perfect vacation in paradise! The townhouse is convenient to everything on the island - walk to the beach, supermarket, retail shops, and restaurants. Or catch the local trolley (or the **golf cart) and cruise the island to a vast selection of top rated restaurants and see all that Anna Maria Island has to offer. *Please note we are a townhome, which means we do have stairs:

*heated swimming pool (not roadside) w/ canopied area for some shade after a day at the beach, plenty of lounge chairs and seating, as well as private his and her bathrooms)

*Smart TV's in living room and all bedrooms
*private automatic garage and private entry
*beach wagon, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, floaties/toys, etc.
*wireless high-speed Internet
*private garage for 1 car but also plentiful parking directly in front and next to our home
*pets welcome with additional fee
*personal sized soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and garbage bags are provided to get your trip started. For longer stays, a trip to the market (very close) might be necessary!

**GOLF CARTS available with additional fee: We have a luxury 6 seat, street legal cart available as well as our sporty 4 seater (see pics). They are electric so very quiet and efficient. The 6 seater has a fast charging lithium battery as well as bucket seats, marine LCD display, on-board charging outlets, bluetooth. Our 4 seater is perfect for a smaller group and makes parking a breeze! Both are the perfect way to get around the island with a substantial savings compared to renting from one of the companies (and that's if you can get one!)!

Anna Maria Island is a beautiful, laid-back island community with an extremely friendly local population. Convenient to both Sarasota and Tampa International Airports, Anna Maria features miles of pristine beaches, MANY great places to dine & drink, and shops galore! If you're looking for a little adventure, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Disney World, and Universal Studios are all within easy reach. World class fishing, boating, jet-ski's, parasailing, beachcombing - do it all or do nothing at all!! Truly a vacation paradise! While staying in our townhome, you'll find our heated pool a joy and if by chance you experience a rare, rainy day, you'll find a supply of games to help keep all entertained!
